Ok, so today I was talking with someone about George Bush and the war. Now, I'm really not that politically charged but I am on my way. This is what the conversation went like
Person: I hate Bush
Me: Wow really! Me too!
Person: This war is pointless.
Me: What? Ok? Why do you say that?
Person: He says its a war against terror, but it's just about the oil.
Me: What do you mean the oil?
Person: Iraq. He just wants the oil.
Ok, first of all Iraq only supplies 5% of the oil to the U.S. Iran, Canada and Nigeria are the big suppliers with 18% each. Please if I missed anything out let me know but be aware that IRAQ IS NOT OUR MAJOR OIL SUPPLIER!!!
Second of all, "pointless" is extreme. Yes, I don't think troops need to be over there anymore but I can't disrespect the families who lost their loved ones in Iraq by saying what the soldiers fought and died for was "pointless"
Third of all, I don't like Bush.
Fourth, I just read recently about how the US is suspicious of Iran because Iran hasn't disclosed information regarding their nuclear weapons. I don't know how else to spell it out but I see a pretty damn big coincidence.
Baghdad, Kirkuk, Sulaimaniya- they are close to whose border? You guessed it, these cities in Iraq are close to Iran's border. What a coincidence that all the action has been happening over there along with other Iraqi cities and neighborhoods. It would be pretty fast and convenient for troops to invade Iran right......
People can hate me or not for this post I really dont care but please please open up your eyes and connect the dots. Don't just look at the news as your only information source, look at the stock market, international newspapers, maps, environmental texts because you have to look at the whole picture in order to understand one piece.
