from what you shouldn't say.
You may not know the facts, or see the light of day.
If you've witnessed some business that
didn't concern you...
Don't be compelled to dwell on its news.

Perfect we're not
we ALL have our flaws.
That is no excuse
for one to dig in their claws.
When one wants to try
while not knowing why
and it's not about them...
then there's no need to pry.

Those that thrive gossip are thrilled
when one falls.
They won't think to laugh
when it's them who hit the wall.
On going eye's will determine the lies.
If rumor does have it...
they'll be talked down in size.

Tricks are from trust
that gets wound in its lust.
Some play it cool.
Most eat the dust.
If a time ever comes
we could lower our guns.
Peace will be found.
At last.
