Rule #1. Cake and tea are banned. The penalty for offering, buying, selling, growing, giving, eating, drinking, smoking, painting or discussing cake and/or tea is a minimum 5 hours of waterboarding.

Rule #2. No bliving. The penalty for bliving is also a minimum 5 hours of waterboarding.

Rule #3. Waterboarding is officially banned. Unless someone has blived and/or had some cake and tea. (See rules #1 and #2)

Rule #3.1. None may edit the rules. Rules are rules. The penalty for changing the rules is a minimum 5 hours of waterboarding.

Rule #5. Rule #4 has been intentionally omitted. There shall be no official explaination for intentionally omitting rule #4. Any inquiry as to the reason for the omitting rule #4 shall be punishable by a minimum 5 hours of waterboarding.

Rule #6. All rules shall be retroactively applicable. Just because you broke the rule before we thought it up is no excuse. You should have known we were going to make something illegal before you broke the rule.

Rule #7. No if's, and's or but's. Butts or okay, as long is it's a biscuit butt. A butt is a biscuit butt if it's curvy, petite and tight. Big biscuit butts are optional.
