I was all for the Stimulous package and I do hope it works for all of us....BUT.....I have come to another conclusion after listening to Ron Paul again the other night. I think he is the only Republican who has the right ideas no matter how far fetched they seem when first looked at. His reasoning and deductions about the economy and other issues are for the most part hand in hand with most Americans but he is seen as being on the fringe of the Republican party mainly by himself. He is quite liberal in his thinking and although there are some issues that I don't agree on with him.

Ron Pauls antidote for this country is simple. Don't reward those who caused this mess to begin with continue in those positions as those are the CEO's and their crony's whose only set of morals rested with their God named "money".

Let the banks go bankrupt and fire those who are responsible for this unAmerican mess that "We the People" will have to pay for in one form or another. Start over with new banks that are run by honest, truthful CEO's that have integrity and aren't ruled by outragious profit margins and who have plans to make this country become solvent again.

Personally I would fine the hell out of them for all of the excessive profits that came their way for doing nothing. Being a CEO doe's not mean you are one. I think Ron Paul is right about this the more I ponder it. There has to be checks and balances within our corporate structures as well as government and if those who are at the top cannot perform to expectations then "out the door" no questions asked. These so called pillers of the community are only refering to the gated ones they live in away from the rest of us. I don't care if you are rich but I do care how you become rich and what you do after you achieve your goals and who you stomped on to get there.
