There was a time when the the press policed our government by investigating corupt politicians then reporting there findings to the American people . Looks like the press has been bought and paid for by the same special interest who stuff the campaign funds of any politician who ends up with enough $$$$ to get elected. Seems they have taken it one further and bought the the companies that make all the new electronic voting machines and then sell them to to the Governors they paid to put in office! (Google "Hacking Democracy"@ HBO.com) So you see WE ARE Screwed! And until we have a 1776 style revolution here in the U.S.of A, Nothing will change and big $ will only take more and more control over what was a Democracy for the world to envy
