"state the percentage of [doctors] who go in for money compared to those who go in for teaching" How about you do that. And so what if they go into practice and get paid "real money". Real money is subjective. It is not "real money" to D.L. Hughley." Please show the numbers and say where you got them. Becoming a doctor to make people healthy is decent. Deciding to become a doctor IN ORDER to be very wealthy is NOT medicine or a 'calling' to medicine and it's rather vulgar. To say that doctors should be paid decently or should make enough to pay off mecical school is NOT the same as some one deciding to be a doctor IN ORDER to become wealthy. Delighting in the challenges of medicine is NOT the same as delighting is each and every shovelfull of money. Musicians might make a lot of money but at some point, the love of music and the love of making music is purely number one. A doctor who wants as much money from you as possible is a VERY different person than a doctor who delights in making people all better.
