I am very disappointed that the No 1 Ladies Detective Agency has disappeared from HBO On Demand. I have read the books and was very excited to watch the episodes but only got to see the Pilot. Boo!

This show is amazing! Extremely entertaining, with superb character acting and marvelous music. I love the themes and the "repeat factor" -- I watch re-runs over and over again. That's a first for me for any HBO show. So now I'm a loyal fan of HBO for putting on this quality series. PLEASE BRING ON SEASON #2!

I also have never posted anything on any website's commentary, but I really enjoy this show....
Please bring it back soon, powers-that-be!!!
Although it varies some from the books (that is inevitable) it is a great show and Jill Scott is terrific as Precious.

I really love the show!! I can't wait for the second season - please HAVE a second season. I want to know what the maid is going to do with the gun.
I love how it portrays life in Botswana. I find that very interesting. I also love the character development. Also, the show teaches good values.
I have a lot of fun watching the show; the characters are endearing. I hope it continues for many seasons.

First I would like to say that I love the show. Jill Scott was a great chose for the lead. Every week I wonder what new problem is going to arise, and when the wedding is going to occur. But when you guys just dropped off, I was surprised. It was just getting good. I pray that there will be more episodes. I feel kinda lost. I will continue watching my reruns. PLEASE BRING THE SHOW BACK!!!

I've never written on an HBO forum before, but PLEASE HBO! if you have cancelled this show, bring it back. The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency is an absolute gem and spellbinding. Everything about it is great. The actors, the scenery and the writing is absolute fantastic. I'm so hooked on it and we only had 7 episodes. Don't make this another Star Trek mistake (when they cancelled it years ago in the 60s and look how famous it is now!). You have a LOT of fans here so please keep them coming!

I absolutely love this show. I have not been excited to watch an HBO series since Rome. Please do not take this show off the air as I am looking forward to many more seasons to come. A new twist to the classic "who done it". Watching her solve problems/mysteries in Botswana is captivating.

I love this show! The characters are great and are great at drawing in the audience. I hope the show is not cancelled as it is the only reason I still have HBO.

This is the best tv show ever. I waited each week for a new show. It is soo refreshing. I watch all the authors comments on the on demand feature. I want all my friends to watch it and hope that it will return soon. I too was sad to see the last episode and have watched them again. Something about this show just makes me feel really good.

I feel so strongly about the fate of this Program that I am logging in for the first in about 5 years. Please bring the show back. It would be a true shame to squander away such a wonderful story and cast of actors/characters.
