The generation that fought, struggled and sacrificed in WWII changed the world forever. Everyone had a contribution to make...and a story they'd never forget. We invite you to share stories, letters and photos from WWII in our Living Memorial: http://www.hbo.com/band/submission/

Cathy, which Band of Brothers site? The only Musso I found on this site is your own post. Can you be more specific in your questions, then we might find some answers. BK

Hicks, In Washington D.C. there is the H.Q. of the Marine Corps. Write them at 8th and I and then good luck with your quest.

I am looking for information on my father William D. Hickey of Pittsburgh, PA. He served overseas with the Marines during WWII. He reached the rank of Sgt. He may have been injured at Okinawa. Maybe D Company, 1st Marine

It's really amazing to see the hardships these men endured while serving in the 506th. i myself was in the 506th from 1994-1995 in korea as part of the 2nd infantry division. knowing the rich history this unit has really makes me proud to say that i served in the 506th. these guys are truly the greatest generation, and they should be honored as such for the sacrifices they made for all generations. thank you very much gentleman and may god bless everyone of you

Anyone who can help me getting in contact with army chaplains serving in WWII? I would like to talk to them on how they managed to be a chaplain in the middle of a war. How did they manage to save their faith? Etc Love this site!

I have been looking everywhere online for World War 2 stories involving conflicts behind enemy lines. I have mainly searched for stories on special forces or paratroopers, but I've found surprisingly little. I was wondering if anyone on this site could direct me to any such stories. Frankly, I could really use the help. Thank you, Abe Anfinson
