i really feel uncomfortable with Rhonda, i couldn't believe she is only 18, but her mind is like 40. she even threat nicole
the writer seems to create a lot of mess for every episode, and at the end it will go back to the peaceful state.
by the way, is that a bug for Wanda to bring the gun in the courtroom, they don't go thru. the security check?

and I was extremely disappointed that we didn't get to see Bill's reaction! all we see is his nasty response to Don when asked how the family was doing in the next episode.

I really feel the writers leave too many loose ends and probably due to having different ones for each episode.

I really think the writers in this episode missed a chance for some good drama. At the end when Barb heard Nikki say Roman exposed them. She just looked at her. Then the next part at the end of the show was all three wives sitting on the sofa and Barb saying to Nikki "It's okay tell him"....I would have loved to see a scene where Barb got all over Nikki about how Honesty is important instead of her reasoning for not telling Barb.

Rhonda is indeed scary. The actress is the same who played Samara in "The Ring." In fact, after Nikki and Bill got back from the compound, when you saw the trunk of the car open and two feet hit the ground, I had the distinct impression it was an homage to the demonic Samara emerging from the television set in the movie. I really believe it was.

About the warrant - didn't the cops say they had checked in with the local police?

The writers really messed up this time: first with the business of getting a gun inside a courthouse, second with the so-called warrant to search Bill's houses. I've been waiting for someone to comment on the third thing --

Bill learned about the possible sale of the gambling device business in his role as a voting member of the board. If he steals the deal away from the board, he will be in breach of his fiduciary duty as a board member and they can sue the pants off him. What he is proposing to do is not only a risky business deal, it exposes him to a lawsuit for insider trading.

I don't think she knows. I think it's weird enough that she's having her first boyfriend at age 18, then on top of it he's some guy she met at an ex-Mormon meeting, who is content to date a girl 10 years younger than he is.

I think at that age, girls are really impressed with older men, because they have jobs and lives, and because even if they're immature for their ages, they're a LOT more mature than High School boys. They're able to listen, and there's just no substitute for that.

I don't know about him being creepier than Alby. It's really hard to be creepier than Alby.

Well, he is 3 years younger than she is, so he's less mature anyway.

Just think, Herbert. In a thousand years, this will still be controversial.

In response to the varying opinions about Ronda being damaged goods, here is what I think. Rememeber at the compound when Ronda's mom tellls her "it is a great honor to marry the prophet" and later she says "you'd better be in tact" (still a virgin I assume). Ronda does not respond, just sorta hangs her head and later her mom snaps at her for looking at boys her own age. I think when she refers to herself as "damaged goods" as she is no longer a virgin and feels she CAN"T go back to the compound because she can't marry Roman (not that she wants to)I think she is alluding to the fact that Roman won't have her, therefore the compound won't have her either. . . because she is no longer a virgin. I may be way off base but that was my first impression of the whole statement.

Ok, I totally hate Wanda and Joey. Bill should just stop all his dealings with those two, period. Joey is a complete moron, there is no other way to put it.
I understand he is in some way damanged because of his drug problem and because his football caree went downhill but for God's sakes, he acts like he is 10 years old or just plain retarded. Wanda is a Schizo that's for sure. And I agree with one of the posts, there is no way in hell she could have brought a gun in a courhouse. The writers should know better. The same with letting those Juniper Creek cops inside the Henderson's homes. They have no Juristiction there. They would have needed an order from a Magistrate to get inside, let alone go snooping around. Unless an officer has an official order valid in the jurisdiction of your residence, you have a 100% right to tell them to go to hell.

Ronda is a ticking time bomb. That girl is crazy, brainwashed with all sorts of religios crap and determined to do whatever possible, including blackmail and conspiracy, to get what she wants. Too bad she is not 18 yet, otherwise it would be wise to get her on a plane to NYC and just let her be:)

Sarah's bf is super creepy, even creepier than Alby. Ugly on top of that. It's beoyond me what a cute girl like that would want to do with a creepo 10 years her senior.

Ben irritates me. Such a goody two shoes. Oh, we don't drink around here.. PLEEEASE. He has sex with Brynn on Margie's couch but he can't drink beer? That kid is really screwed up. Even though he and Sarah are only a couple of years apart, it's like they live in different worlds.

I am liking Nicki more and more this season. I don't think she is evil. She is just insecure. She would not adit it but she wants to be loved and she has a lot of goodness in her that she is afraid to show. I think she had been thoroughly indoctrinated early in life and it will take time for her to shake it off and live without fear of being "dumped". Great show.

There are so many agendas in every episode it's hard to tell who's on who's side and why at times. Not that I'm complaining. I love seeing the characters scampering around trying to get their schemes to work out.

I think she was probably running away too, especially given the ending song. I have a feeling she isn't going to get very far though. Poor thing has no concept of the outside world. I still feel sorry for her. Her own mother is trying to marry her of to an 80 year old.
