Then there's Wanda, who...

Did anyone ever see Wanda in another film or TV show? I saw her in a story about Andy Warhol about a year ago. She was sooooo normal!

Wanda is mostly interesting though!

:)

At 50 cents a minute, she could wind up as the family breadwinner if Bill keeps cruising towards his crash&burn comeuppance.

Aging happens gradually, and so probably by the time Bill is in his seventies Margene will simply have adjusted the way she sees him, to find him still attractive at that age.

But speaking of shallow, Bill probably won't want to sleep with her or any of his other wives at that point. For one thing he may not have the drive, and for another, they won't look 20 anymore.

I thought of that after I posted. That's a good possibility.

Hey, Marionj2, glad to be back! I was beginning to think about shedding HBO until True Blood came back on in the summer. Big Love kind of snuck up on me; I was thinking it was starting again later this year.

Hi to all the other old regulars. I've been on here since 6 Feet Under days, I guess.

I would hope that her love for him would transcend her need for sex. If not, then he should have chosen a less shallow and more honorable third wife. imo.

I loved the way Margene beamed all proud and shit after saying that Indian phrase and smoothing things with them.
Gotta love Margene.

> Bill pitches a Mormon-friendly casino, with help from
> Margene;

The concept of a "Mormon-friendly" casino seems bizaare to me; aren't Mormons opposed to gambling, along with the other vices? And if there's no smoking or drinking, why would non-Mormons want to go there, unless the payouts were above & beyond other casinos?

The season's off to a good start, though. It seems that Barb is open to a 4th wife because her cancer is back, and she figures she won't be around for long; how sad! And it appears that Adaleen may have been the one to put out a hit on Alby, her own son! But even she sees what a twisted, deceitful piece of crap he is. And that poor new wife of Frank's, ugh! She looks ready to kill herself. Then there's Wanda, who seems more unhinged than ever.

I'm also curious to see where they're going with Rhonda; where she is, what she's up to. Did she make it to New York City, or is she walking the streets of Salt Lake City?

And Nikki; I have such hot & cold reactions to her. One minute she seems so whiny and self-absorbed, then she pulls a classy thing like her speech from the roof - that struck me as hilariously funny, too!

Hmmm... much to ponder.
