Now that Joey has killed Roman what will happen will he go to jail......I really like Joey an Wanda I do....I just feel like sometimes Joey gets dealt bad hands......An as for Wanda I don't think she really wanted that girl to die.....she was jealous as any human being would be in that situation....she just was not as mentally stable as thee average peron persay......

I do like Joey and I hope that he doesn't go to jail. Roman really should have been taken care of earlier, just like Joey and Bill's Dad. Hey, the good side is that at least he's "comic relief" so to speak.
Does anyone know when season 4 will be aired? My husband and I LOVE this show and we miss it.

i think it would be easy to convict joey because he left the pillow he used to smother roman (which would be covered with his fingerprints, hair, DNA, etc.) right there back on the bed. Although it may look like a natural death on the outside, csi people look at everything, so naturally they would check the pillows...
im not saying i want him convicted but he prob will be and it will be a major plot line this season.
ps how ironic would it be if Bill went and got The DA Ray to defend Joey or the other way around, since Ray was gonna prosecute roman for Kathy's murder, maybe he would be hired to prosecute Joey? idk, just some possible twists and turns

I doubt if they would look at a woman for this. Even though Roman was an old man, his health was no longer compromised, and I don't think a woman , unless she was a strength trainer or he was drugged, would be able to kill an adult man that way.

I doubt they will take it this direction, but what if Wanda takes the fall? Joey took the fall for her when she tried to kill Alby. The cops came to pick her up and Joey told them he was the one who did it. Wanda is certifiably crazy. She has been in a home for the insane before. It wouldn't be hard for her to plead out insanity. Maybe, since Joey took one for her, she'll take this one for him.
Doubt it, though it would be a neat way to go.

I think everyone has been AWOL....
I agree about JJ; there's just something about him that makes me think he is going to use everyone, not just Joey. I am not sure what he is up to but I bet it's not good! And I am concerned about how Joey will deal with what he has done also and what it will do to him.

I'm worried that Joey will be horribly tormented by what's he's done. Will he start drinking again? He just never seems to be able to stay away from the cops. Who will he confess to? Something about Nicki's ex (JJ? can't remember....) makes me think he'll figure this out and align himself with Joey in some dark way.

They might play it out so it will be hard to prove that it was Joey that did it. No real evidence so he won't be charged just a suspect. Joey is really angry with Bill so I don't see him going to Bill for help real soon. I don't want to see Joey off in prison. I love his character on the show.

I hope Joey comes out it ok. To my knowledge , there were no witnesses.If worst comes to worst ,Bill will probably spring for a good attorney.Yes, Joey gets the short end of the stick most of the time.He's a very good man, I would hate to see him sent to jail over a justifiable, at least in my opinion, crime of passion.Anyone who wants to defend Roman , remember how many peoples lives he has ruined -or ended.

Actually, Wanda admitted she wished Kathy dead, and she told Lois that she felt like she made it happen. And she was raised in polygamy, so the jealousy should have been taught as par for the course. She is "unstable", no question about that. Not average.
Joey will get off most likely. He's become a semi-major character and very likable. Would hate to see him go.
Next week S-3 is back on again (DirecTV). First five eppy's are on back-to-back one night, the following week it's the last five. Will be interesting to watch them all within a week's time.
