Well, there was a popular song in the south called "Ode to Billie Joe" about 30 years ago. I was on the river walk in Nawlins today & heard a few songs they play on the track down there -- Louie Armstrong did "When the Saints come Marchin in" several times. But this one caught my ear & made me think of JHO back home -- this is for you sweetheart Title Ain't Misbehavin' Artist Louis Armstrong No one to talk with All by myself No one to walk with But I'm happy on the shelf Ain't misbehavin' I'm savin' my love for you I know for certain The one I love I'm through with flirtin' It's just you I'm thinkin' of Ain't misbehavin' I'm savin' my love for you Like Jack Horner In the corner Don't go nowhere What do I care? Your kisses are worth waitin' for Believe me I don't stay out late Don't care to go I'm home about eight Just me and my radio Ain't misbehavin' I'm savin' my love for you -- "You wake up one day and your baby has stolen a foot, where have I been?" Well, in any case I wish you well in your search. However my old fashioned notions suggest to me that this path has about the same odds of making you happy as the impending administration has a chance of making the American people happy. But we are all prisoners of our visions, myself included, and playing them out to the end is probly the only thing that will make us truly happy. Therefore, I wish you Godspeed on your journey. -- "You wake up one day and your baby has stolen a foot, where have I been?" Ruth Fisher (6FU)

Well I finally found a way to get on line and see this. I cried harder reading it then when you sang it to me . Yes i agree who knew JH was a romantic? The one thing I do know is that I am now and always will be totally his forever come what may! I know NO ONE will ever love me as completely as my JH. I miss him beyond words. -- Edited by JustHangingOn at 10/24/2008 8:13 AM PDT

Oh, you guys. I told her it was here & tried to sing it to her on the phone -- maybe she'll come by. She liked it. -- "You wake up one day and your baby has stolen a foot, where have I been?" Ruth Fisher (6FU)

Hey Tsari! good to see you back! I thought it was sweet too but I was trying to wait until JHO posted. But she doesn't post very often and since you already did well... Anyway it is sweet! Who knew JH was such a romantic? CQ -- http://caffinequeen.wordpress.com/ "I'm on to you Chico!" - Lois Henrickson
