These could be in effect for the Sept. 19 Mayweather/Marquez card. Will this do anything to change how either of them approach the fight if it's in place?: http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=4412138 The Nevada State Athletic Commission adopted two major rules changes at its meetings in Las Vegas on Wednesday that could have a significant impact on boxing in the fight capital of the United States. In two 5-0 votes, the commission approved the use of instant replay for boxing and mixed martial arts bouts and also amended a rule that previously did not allow fighters in either sport to apply for a license in the state if they had previously suffered a cerebral hemorrhage.

Top Rank is still up there with GBP as the top promoter in the game ... Don King greedy? You should speak of dead people like that. MMA is threatening nobody ... when Wlad can sell 60,000 tickets for a fight with Ruslan Chagaev, boxing is doing ok.

> One thing to say is, what took them a while to put > this instant replay rule in effect. Their livelihood is being threatened by MMA, that's why they are doing it now. People are just tired of greedy and corrupt men like Don King and Slippery Bob. Bob is old, he'll be gone soon and his greedy ways will go along with him. This vulture is still ripping off boxers, he can't possibly spend all that money he took from boxers who gave up blood, sweat, and tears. He won't be able to spend all that blood money before his time comes with the Grim Reaper. *
