They got no chance at all - ever!!!." The Bobfather is a freakin' genius. He has flipped the Pavlik-Williams nonsense into an excuse to keep his new prized welterweight as far away from the jolly green giant as possible. Isn't it ironic how all the bravado that Margarito displays kinda just disappears when it comes to fighting a welterweight that has the same physical advantages over him that he shares over most of the guys he fights. Wow, the most feared guy in boxing now wants to become a money fighter. What a surprise.

Welterweight Division(TOP) 1.Paul Williams 1.Antonio Margaritto 3.Miguel Cotto 4.Shane Mosley 5.Joshua Clottey 6.Andre Berto 7.Zab Judah 8.Kermit Cintron 9.Quintana These are my picks. You can't put Tony over Paul because Paul beat him last year. Paul Defended his loss to Quintana in a First Round Knockout. The only one on the list that is Undefeated is Berto, and all he has to do is beat one of the Two of the top Ten to be in the race for the best in the division. -- Extreme HATING may cause constipation.

Nobody mentions andre berto becuz he is not in the same class as the premier welterweights in boxing. berto is a top notch prospect with alot of potential and has all the makes of a future premier champ but it is not his time. he would get hammered by all the top welterweights! berto has looked very good in his past few fights but u have to look at who he is fighting. he is fighting a bunch of bums right now. look who he fought to win the interim title. that guy has no business in that fight. plus you have to remember we are talking about a guy that got floored by cosme rivera only a year ago. berto clearly has improved since then but come on now. he isnt ready yet for the elites and that is evident as his next fight is against a blown up lightweight steve forbes. if he was ready his trainers and everybody would put him up against a better challenge. but dont worry...his time will come

as for hopkins people give him credit for having 20 straight title defenses lol...if go look up the names you'd say who are these people none of them are hall of famers until you get to trinidad delahoya.he compared himself to roy jones but he never set any challenges for himself.he shoulda fought calzaghe years ago instead he settled for fighting the robert allen's and morrade hakkars what a joke.he wouldn't get a hall of fame vote from me but he would get an accomplishment vote .i've fell asleep during his last three fights and wish i could tell him face to face........lmao

Well, I won't be renting that fight. Hopkins doesn't deserve to be in any PPV events. Its sad, because I'm excited about Pavlik. And, I would really like to support any of his events. Moreover, upcoming Juan Manuel Lopez is going to fight in the undercard. What a shame. I'm from PHilly. This dude is so overrate.. He has made a name out of fighting smaller, over stuff welterweights>>> -- Edited by mikol at 07/30/2008 6:53 PM PDT

I can't believe Bernard Hopkins is ranked # 4 on the P4P list. He has to be won of the uninteresting fighters I have ever seen. His fights always tend to go the distance. The most dull fight I ever saw was Hopkins vs Wright followed by Hopkins vs Calzaghe. Hopkins suck!

The only good thing that i got from that was when Merchant said all true champions take on all comers it reminded me of Cotto...he fought whoever they put infront of him!

I liked it when he could count above 2. zab, god, help zab, please. the greatest underachiever besides tyson. marg would be a big disappointment if he doesn't fight wiliams. lets hope this is a promotional ploy to get the bigger share of the purse, rather than real heartfelt statements. -- I came I saw and I conquered

Margarito out-toughed Cotto..as simple as that. I'd rather see Margarito vs Mayweather or a rematch with Paul Williams than a match with DLH.
