I think quintana shocked a lot of people by shooting Julio. Quintana impressed me with his power. He didn't run from Julio, he stayed in front of Julio the whole fight. The Brock/Ibragimov fight did not impress me. All Ibragimov did was clinch, clinch, and more clinch. Brock did show some late round power, but that was more to do with the fact that Ibragimov was tired.

Why's Kellerman always asking to see the round card as opposed to the round card girl?

you know how good you have to be to win one of those aphabet titles. Now i know somethings about them are screwed up but anyone that wins one can fight. it is a huge acomplishment and there are millions of boxers that wish they could win won of those sorry aphabelt titles. larios pulls off upset. -- Edited by spurs2525 at 06/30/2006 5:55 PM

what is amounting to something. What you have to become one of the greatest heavyweight champs to amount to something. Winning a belt is amounting to something. Do people realize how many fighters dont win a belt that arent good enough to fight for a belt. winning a championship and im talking about ibf wba wbc and i guess the wbo is one of the biggest accomoplishment a fighter can do. I mean win a gold medal, win a championship, Go to the hall of fame are mostly some of the accomplishments of boxers. Anyone that does any of thoes has amounted to something.

i'm not giving up on peter i just feel that if he doesn't develop any boxing skills to go along with his power then he will never reach the top. who knows maybe he catches toney with something big and stops him but i doubt it,

Samuel Peter might win a belt from some paper champ....but he won't really amount to anything. And are people STILL talking about Ike Ibeatthecoochie?

As much as people are giving up on peter he could still be champ. I am not convinced that wlad could beat this kid again. I think sam would knock him out the next time. Wlad would get caught in the secound time around. Lets face it wlad was able to hit the ground 3 times while holding about every five secounds. He wasnt hit with anything to clean but was still getting knocked down. If something cleaner landed the secound time around he would be out. I think peter would get him cleaner the secound time around if they ever fought. I dont see wlad surviving another 12 rounds against peter. I know they proably wont fight but dont give up on peter yet. He could definitly go overseas and knock out valuev.
