The 24/7 show is a bunch of bullsh*t. They constantly hype up the underdog or the lesser fighter in order to instill doubt in the viewer so you can be like, "Hey, maybe this guy does have what it takes to beat him". This has been going on since the first 24/7 with Oscar vs Floyd and right then and there when I saw the first one I figured out how they find ways to instill further doubt in people in order for them to buy the fights or want to even watch them.

Pride goes before destruction. That's what happened to Mayweather Sr. Now he doesn't have a heart to face the media for his being arrogant and having a BIG MOUTH. The worst thing was he abandoned his fighter when Hatton was in trouble. Oscar brought him to the hospital but where was he? Sneaking out of the crowd secretly in shame. Hatton made a big mistake on trusting this father of his tormentor.

Freddie was absolutely right when he made a statement: "Mayweather didn't give the credit to his fighter but everything is ME ME ME!"

Sorry to burst your bubble, gab, but Fraud is going to have a hard time with Marquez.

If you really know both fighters, and know boxing, it is difficult to see how JMM is going to give him a hard time. How is Marquez going to counter Lil' Floyd? He is slow as hell (at least compared to his opponent), not a physical or aggressive fighter. Where is the hard time coming from?

So if Marquez is such a tough fight for Mayweather, which I agree with you on, why are you and peanut gallery b*tching about the matchup daily?

Fraud has never fought any counter puncher with the skills of Marquez, that's fact.

They will both wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, then wait some more for the other to throw a punch and make a mistake.

Pacman hits hard, but not hard enought to put Mayweather on his back. After Mayweather finishes dancing circles around Pacman, he might just put his him on his ass. The strongest Punchers Mayweather has faced have seem to end up the worst. Hatton, Judah, Chico, Ndou, and Gatti

Not only is Mayweather going to fight Pacman he first going to take care of his business by truly beating JMM, and then beat his ass.lol. Don't get your hopes up. Remember Mayweather doesn't get beat up, he may get boring, but beat up is not happening. Correct my english. Just don't make no excuses when he wins. As of matter of fact Mayweather said Pacquiao would beat Hatton.

Boy Boy Boy!!! I'm am back. Thanks to the Pac Man. 2009 looks to be better than ever. First and Foremost. PBF Vs JMM. Funny. JMM is a hell of a fighter. Top Notch, but secretly a tune-up. A foregone conclusion. Pac's destruction of Hatton was shocking at first. But it was inevitable. He had be on shaky legs since the Luis Castillo fight. Mayweather decked him with an off balance check left hook. But at the same time I gave him more respect than two rounds. One of the problems was he tried to actually do some boxing, big mistake against a far superior fighter. Next Pacquiao. I'm have to respect his destruction he displayed in his two last fights. I give him all of the credit. Now to the comparision on Mayweather and the Pacman. Yes Pacman has destroyed the last two fighters Mayweather has fought. Different circumstances. Mayweather fought De La Hoya at 154 Pacman fought him at 147, Pacman would of beat Oscar at 154, but I doubt he would had been stopped. Next to those who feel like Pac beat them worse so he's the better fighter. Wrong!!! Styles make fights. Mayweather went 12 rounds with Castillo and Hatton stopped him in four, Bernard lost to Taylor and Jones, But utterly dominated Johnson, Pavlik, and Tarver.
Pacman vs Cotto is interesting. I'm still debating on Cotto's record. Was he truly beaten by Margaritto or was he beaten by some plastic cast. Don't Really know. All I know is Mosley destroyed Margaritto, but matched Cotto. It could have been the styles or it could have been the plaster. Jermain Taylor is a joke or he was picked on by white kids growing up. Because everytime he fights a white boy he gets his ass handed to him.lol. He had both Pavlik and Froch beat, and failed to bust a nut.lol. I know his wife is very unhappy with him in bed. Because he just can't get the job down. Roy jones needs to retire, Calzaghe needs to rematch B-hop. Paul Williams is the truth although he still a little raw. Berto where are u at?

Manny is definitely a beast. I'm ready for more real fights at this weight!! I don't care that he beat Oscar, it didn't prove anything to me.

Right now, the only person not fighting anyone is Mosley!!! I know that we have 2 fighters, fighting in the next couple months that will be ready to fight Manny in the winter but what do you think of a fight with Mosley??

I think it would be Manny's toughest competition thus far!!! Mosley has quick hands, nice foot work and a hell of a chin. He would have the size advantage also. It would be a good fight if it happened but The real fight is going to be Pacquio vs Mayweather!!

The current P4P vs the former P4P, who is still undefeated. That would be the biggest fight of this era!!! Especially if Mayweather convincingly beats JMM!!!

WOW MANNY IS A DAMN BEAST!!!!!!

I think that whatever doubts were in Mayweather Jr's head about fighting Manny are now GONE!!!!! I'm sure he doesn't really want to fight Manny after watching that 2 rd destruction of Ricky Hatton. If Mayweather is able to defeat JMM (like someone said before "no easy task") then Mayweather might grow a pair and decide to fight the PacMan. If he does Mayweather will essentially be making close to 30 mil for the year because both PBF and JMM are guaranteed 12 mil for their fight in July.

I'd love to see JMM beat Mayweather for 2 reasons..1. I'm a huge Marquez fan and 2. I don't really care for Floyd.

But, here's my proof that I'm a true boxing fan at heart...i'd rather see my guy lose (Marquez) just to see Floyd vs Manny. Now, if I had my druthers here's how it would pan out....Marquez defeats PBF and the fight between PBF/Manny still happens and Marquez sits in the wing to fight the winner of that fight
which would be a rematch for Marquez either way.

I do think PacMan would be Floyds' last battle in the ring regardless.

SIDE NOTE: I loved how Freddie Roach gave all the credit to Manny and his entire camp for Freddie being regarded as the best trainer in boxing. I also loved how Freddie called out Cotto and Mosley "if they want Manny and are willing to come down a few pounds, we can make it happen"

(Still not the biggest Manny fan here by any means, but I appreciate a good ass show like the one he put on last night, I love a fighter who comes to fight and not bullshit around)

As I said, Gluvs is Mayweather Sr.'s nephew because they sang the same tune but come on, I wanna hear their comment. They might say that Hatton was dehydrated when entering the ring...

too much amen.

Here is what it comes down to.

If Floyd defeats JMM (no easy task) then he essentially has to fight Manny. I think Pacquiao would be his last fight, win or lose, because either way, he will make like $15 million, and I assume he already has enought in the bank ( hence his doing the WWE thing).

I actually like Floyd, and surprisingly, my wife is a fan of his, but at this point, I think Manny might walk through him, but it would sure as hell be fun to watch.

Damn! Hatton got SHALACKED! I watched every episode of 24/7 and Hatton didn't do anything that they worked on. Is it me, or did Hatton actually think he was going to out muscle Manny Pac. These fighters need to stop thinking of Manny as a puffed up straw-weight because when started boxing, and I'm not sure how old he was, its obvious that his man bones hadn't grown in yet because he is now every bit a natural jr welterweight/welterweight. These past two fights he has been 145+ solid. Floyd Sr was brought in to work on Hatton's boxing, he was there to teach him to bob and weave and be more elusive and when the fight started Hatton threw all that out the window and decided to try and bulldoze his way in big mistake. I love Pretty Boy Floyd (please stop with the Money Mayweather BS it sounds retarded) but I'll have to see what he looks like against Marquez (he'll win) but although Floyd has the hand speed I don't know if he has the legs to stay away from PacMan. I think Manny has the natural size, power, and speed to bang with all the current welterweights except Paul Williams whose welterweight days should be over with but hey I'd like to see that fight too. But this opens up a whole new slew of possible fights. PacMan vs Cotto, PacMan vs Clottey, PacMan vs Mosley and of course the inevitable PacMan vs Floyd Jr. This might be the greatest group of welterweight talent since the 80's and if they keep making the fights that they have since the beginning of the year then boxing fans are in for a serious treat because the possibilites are endless
