And he needs to focus in the basics, 1-2, and all that shit, cause he's got no boxing skills at all, just a big heart, with very heavy hands. I still believe If train properly, he could be a champ, a big one. quintana's trainer got him, but he need Calderon's trainer, Cheche.

Well I guess we'll find out when we see him again at 168. There are plenty of guys there that I think could give him trouble. Of couse Joe C and Kessler, the you also have Bute and Pascal, and I think that in a rematch Green would do much better. If I was him I would set up a fight with Andrade, that would be a potential FOY, and a perfect fight to see if it was Pav's size and power that give Miranda trouble or if it was his weight. -- China, the country were non of its people have rights. Yes, but the flaws in his other fights had nothing to do with his shape, they were boxing flaws, but the Pavlic fight, as soon as I saw the first minute, I said, Miranda is done, he could be fighting any other fghter you just mention, and I believe he would lost to all of them that night.

Good inside info. Specially about Williams. Damn if he was hurt for this fight, I would hate to see what he would do to tony with two good hands. I would agree with you about Miranda if I hadn't seen him look bad in previous fight. In fights with Abraham, Green and Eastman he had shown so many flaws that I don't believe for a minute weight being the main reason he got his ass kicked. If it was one of those things were he was looking fantastic and all of the sudden he looked like crap I would believe it, but that was not the case. -- China, the country were non of its people have rights. Body, Miranda trained 15minutes away from home, and they don't close the gyms for boxers, and he make weight by not eating. Pavlic is taller, but not bigger, Miranda had to burn muscle. Watch the fight again, you will see it before the first minute, he had no crisp punches, or pop in it, and was breathing thru his mouth. I could be wrong, but I definetly believe that, and PR is really small, everybody hears the rumors before fights, and if you didn't know, Williams hurt his right hand during training, and nobody knew it, just big, cause I told him, he had to stop sparring for a couple of weeks. That's why I got no info on fighters that train in the US. But Miranda, Cotto, Quintana, P.Williams and Oscar train there, so I know some inside info. -- Edited by dinamita at 07/20/2007 9:52 AM

Dinamita Pav is the reason why Miranda looked bad. Pav and nobody else. I know people say that Miranda struggled to make weight. PAV IS A BIGGER GUY THAN MIRANDA. You think he didn't struggle to make weight? Plain and simple Pav showed that he's a better fighter. -- China, the country were non of its people have rights. Seems like a horrible place to live in.

I don't think that Pavlic made Miranda look bad, It was Miranda that make himself looked bad. Miranda has almost no body fat, and he did have a lot of problems making weight, what do you think he was burning if it was not fat. He burn muscle, and if you look at the fight you will see, in the first minute, that Pantera was fucked up physically.

Yes i thought Spinks won by points however I didnt think he did enough to take the belts overall. Then again did mayweather do enough to take oscars belt? Did Hatton do enough to take callazos belt? On points i did have taylor losing as did one judge. I do not think that taylor hits hard enough to Ko most good fighters. Power comes from the legs and taylor has none. Im not saying he is a bum im a fan of his and all but in my opinion he hasnt looked great his last 5 fights. At first I though he was maybe a lil too raw. Now i believe he just has limited talent. Stewarts a great trainer but i dont think its taylor not listening to him i think its taylor not being able to execute. One last point Miranda never has a game plan.

Also of course Miranda > looked bad againts him cus pavlik made him look bad. > Taylor speed is going to be the biggest factor? When > was he ever that fast? He couldnt win his last fight. For your first question - Again, I think Taylor wants to make a statement in this fight, given all the negative press from his last two fights. Also, I said that, in my opinion, Taylor will win the fight. While that's my opinion, its not a definate. I also said that i dont think that the fight will go 12. So, if i'm wrong, and Pavlik wins, i still dont think that fight will go 12 rounds. Regarding Taylor's speed - While Taylor isn't the fastest middleweight out there, he's faster than Pavlik, its that simple. And I think that is going to be a big factor. Pavlik was able to beat Miranda to the punch, he wont be able to do that with Taylor. Also, while I agree that part of Miranda looking bad had to do with Pavlik making him look bad, it was also obvious during the fight that Miranda had absolutely no game plan except to stand in front of Pavlik and trade punches. Taylor is going to utilize his superior speed, and his jab, making it tough for pavlik to do the same thing he did to Miranda. You seriously think Taylor lost to Spinks? While it was a horrible fight, Spinks ran the whole time. It was an ugly win for Taylor, but a win nonetheless.

I pretty excited for this one. You have to believe that Taylor is going to want to win this one decisively after all of the negative press surrounding his last two fights. He said he's willing to go into isolation to train with Emmanuel Stuart for this fight, which is something he hasnt done in the past. Maybe we'll finally see the benefits of him be trained by Stuart. As for Pavlik, he's getting a lot of hype, and this is his chance to prove he deserves it. I've only seen him fight one fight (against Miranda), and while he looked good (in terms of punching power and ability to take punches), Miranda also looked pretty bad. So i'm not sold on Pavlik yet. My opinion - Taylor goes out on top in his last middleweight fight. I think his speed as compared to Pavlik will be the biggest factor. I dont think this fight will go 12 rounds.

Mayweather seez Ricky Hatton as an easy win, Hatton seez Mayweather as a big payday and a possible win. Mayweather knows, and his camp knows Williams and Cotto are risky fights, I wouldn't doubt Mayweather trying to fight Someone other than Cotto or Williams if he doesn't fight Hatton. Most Likely Mayweather and his camp will accept an offer from Delahoya at 147lbs welterweight next year, maybe sooner! figuring he already has beaten Delahoya why not, not realizing Delahoya still has the ability to KO his big mouth, if Mayweather gets caught in a storm. Cintron, Margarito, and Mosley are also threats to blemish his image. Mirror, Mirror on the wall who is the most egotistical of them all? click this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3OLeFtaKMM Mayweather carries more shit in his mouth, than an Elephant shits in a year! I know Mayweather groupies will be hurt and respond like old British men at a true hip hop concert,"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL,NO-HEART MAYWEATHER IS THE GREATEST",.......NOT! Sorr-ray fo ya! He must think he is Muhammed Ali

Taylor is in for a rough night, and shouldn't take Pavlik lightly. Taylor would most likely be the favorite, but Pavlik could earn a tough win. Lastly it wouldn't be smart for Taylor to brawl with Pavlik. Taylor is more of a boxer and should stick to his plan. I believe Pavlik would have the upperhand should they trade shot for shot, or slug for any length of time. -- Edited by rikyricardo79 at 07/18/2007 6:53 PM
