Gomez thinks Cotto has a soft chin and is susceptible to body punches. Is Gomez from the show "The Contender" an actual contender? He defeated Arturo Gatti. I personally feel it was more Gatti taking too much punishment in fights in recent years than Gomez's power or skill. What do the members think of this fight and Gomez's chances?

It was entertaining for sure. I think the knockout was caused by Greene's father rather than Greene himself. His dad seems alot like De la hoya's.

All three of the fights were good in my opinion. You seen three specatacular Knockouts. Give credit where Credit is due. Nobody threw a lucky punch. They all were throwing bombs.

What did he mean good fight on ESPN last night? And Joe Green fighting a walk on isnt interesting, and Joe green isnt even that great let him stand and face a real fighter. And Urango would have lost that fight if that guy would have kept running and jabbing. He didnt count on knocking the dude out because if you see his head was down when he threw it. I dont usualy say this but it was almost a lucky punch, not a full luck punch becasue the power was there so he could have done it eventually But his head was looking down towards the floor when he threw it. All of the fights sucked last night. So much so that i fell asleep durring the first one (Joe Green) and my wife had to wake me up and i woke up 8 seconds before he won. ( islept for 3 rds. ) tired of watching people with some skill be put up against anywho's whats funny is Joe green saying at the end "Yeah see what i do, see what i did tonight dont discredit this opponent, give me the best out there."
Last nights fight was at 147-154 i believe and he fights at 154 normally and comes in sometimes at 160+
So lets put up some of the 5 well known names at 154 and you guys tell me how "mean Joe Green" would fair....
Vernon Forrest (said he wants to fight a champ give it to him then)
Ricardo Mayorga (try knocking him out)
Cory Spinks (could he catch him?)
Kassim Ouma (yeah hes lost some but still very game)
Joel Julio ( not great but imressive)
( Iwatch all boxing events by the way Telemundo, Galavision, VS, ESPN weds, and fri. and HBO would watch showtime but im not paying for thatcrap)

The funny thing is he keeps pulling out peaces of pasts post that really don't validate his points at all. He wasn't in any of the conversations. I've stated before and I'll say it slowly.
