Do you think a Pacquiao loss will hurt boxing? I was just thinking that it would probably be a negative in the sport. If you look at how much attention his fight against De La Hoya and Hatton brought and how Pacquiao is looked at as the P4P best right now. A loss to Cotto might derail the momentum created in the sport. I could be wrong but I'd like to know what the board thinks.

Some More Manny is deferent fighter now. He is in his Prime He has a Right and left that can finish any Fighter. Manny is not the same when he fought JMM. He has both power left and right, Speed, Skills instinct and most of all a very good defense. Compare to CottO I ADMITTED that is a tough Fighter even Mayweather Scared off. But he?s not as versatile as Pacman.

IMO manny generated alot of new boxing fans as well as big money for HBO...so the boxing community loves him. courage and heart. he gives the fight fans the matches they want to see.

If Mayweather happens to do all that then there should be no questioning his legacy.
Even if he beats 2 and loses to one,they are all elite fighters
His legacy shouldn't be questioned as it stands at the moment.
