This is a general question, but in boxing what countries do you see taking Gold Silver and Bronze?

yeah the NK, chinese, are getting alot of help by cheat he means the judges are scoring all the shots for the eastern asians and nothing for the westerns by cheating he means the koreans get away with headbutts and elbows we dont. again you gotta either dominate or you lose thats what is great about olympics. all the scoring events are complete BS you gotta come correct lol. that Arab kid sucked along time ago i dont know what the big stink about him was i saw him prior to this bout and he was very sloppy, very awkward but again hes only 17 its Warren you gotta feel for. anyways at this pt im rooting for U.S my Ukranian countrymen, and cubans cause they are just magic in the ring

yea atlas calls it straight a lil too preachy sometimes but thats why Bob Papa is there the only commentator i truly enjoy listening to. seems like eastern europe is going to dominate the olympics again our boys aint lookin to good. the American style of fighting is just not olympic made, all the show boating the ridiculous flurries. these guys will make great pros but for some reason or another our actual boxing kind of stinks. now the cubans and Uzbeks my god what boxing, these guys look like dancers out there.truly enjoyable to watch i cant wait to see Yurikoris Gamboa fight again lol. you gotta feel forWarren though the guy was down a point and could have won it if he just pressed on.

Regardless of this, I must add that the olympics are still the best show on Earth, and an awesome one as far as sports, culture and heart are concerned.

The scoring has been ridiculous, the reason this system was put in place was because of Roy jones, but this year fighters are not getting credit for solid blows and it is really getting on my nerves. molina scored more than one shot. -- THE GREATEST MUSCLE IS PRAYER

The U.K's Jason DeGale was victorious over Egypt's Mohammed Hikal and will now face the USA's Shawn Estrada in the 75Kg category next weekend. Come On Jason !!

Yes, it was a great start to the games, really impressive. Of course Russia invading Georgia put a bit of a dampener on it. World War III anyone ?

Did any of you catch the opening ceremonies? That was probably the most impressive things I've ever seen in my life. It was unbelievable. As for boxing I have no idea what to expect, I wonder if the US boxer that couldn't make weight was the US's best chance at a gold.
