I wasn't happy with the first fight they had at all, and I really don't want to see him and Floyd fight a second time. However I think Oscar fought better than I've seen him fight in a while and didn't fade. Maybe it's because of Forbes not being a hard puncher and Oscar being fearless or could Floyd Sr. be the difference what do the members of the board think? Does anyone want to see part 2 of this?

I don't see anyway, that DLH, could hMayweather. In the first fight, Mayweather was ave beaten toying with him. Had Mayweather stepped it up, he could have knocked Oscar out. Oscar's defense isn't what it used to be. Look at the Forbes fight, he got nailed by a fighter, who isn't known for his punching power. The first fight was nothing more than a glorified sparring session. I truly believe, that had the September fight taken place, Mayweather would have had the opportunity to KO Oscar; given that he's reflexes and defense are on a downward decline. Did you guys notice the same? DELAHOYA DELAHOYA I COULD OF TOLD YOU THAT... WHY DID HE EVEN WANNA FIGHT DELA ANYWAYS?... IM GLAD MAYWEATHER THE PAPER CHAMP RETIRED...HE WASNT GONNA FIGHT ANYBODY ANYWAY....AN OLD DELAHOYA AND WHATEVER WAS LEFT OF MARGARITO OR COTTO AFTER THERE FIGHT WHICH I THINK WILL BE A GREAT GREAT EXCITING MAN TO MAN FIGHT WHICH MOST REAL FANS OF BOXING WHO LOVE TO SEE REAL BOXING WOULD APPRECIATE I JUST THINK IT WILL BE HARD FOR THEM TO BE THE SAME AFER THAT WAR ...I THINK THEY ARE GOING TO DIS AND GET ALOT OF PUNISHMENT.....GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WARRIORS AND GOOD LUCK TO SISSY PANTS MAYWEATHER ON WHATEVER HE DOES HE WAS A GOOD FIGHTER BUT NEVER CLOSE TO GREAT.......

You seem to be a football fan. Come September you probaly won't hear from me until February. That's my time a year. I'll be at the stadium on the Cumberland river screaming GO TITANS!!! We made the playoffs last year and are going to kick ass again this year.

Knock there's not "all these mayweather promoters" ... there's hitking (who accounts for 95%+ of the utterly pro-floyd / utterly anti-cotto posts) who has posted like 400 times in <2 weeks. It just seems like there's "so many of them" because he posts 50 times a day on every topic mancrushing floyd. -- Floyd is like the patriots, the moat. M ost O verrated of A ll T ime

i think its a toss up between margarito and cotto they have beaten good young and upcoming fighters and they dodge no one and they dont rely on winning by points or the judges....they make the fight they throw punches and they damn sure dont hold... mayweather has beaten an old delahoya and thats that i thought dela won..a guy named judah who saw his better days before the fight he lost to tkyszu how ever u spell his name.... and he also lost to baldomir....mayweathers last 6 fights against old or past guys hes only had one knockout..... and that is that he fought a nonsmart fighter in hatton that let mayweathers tactics get to him and he ended up gettin caught...really really really who has mayweather beaten he lost to castillo in his first fight it took him 8 rounds to ko gatti who 4 yrs earlier when younger lost by ko to delahoya in 4 rounds 1but that doesnt mattter....i will say it now and i said it 1 thousand times mayweather is good but he is not great...when he can win a fight by boxing by fighting by gutting it out ...like a champ does instead of relying on the judges....then hes a champ to me....but in my eyes hes an overhyped overrated dood...... IF HE FOUGHT THE WAY HE RAN HIS MOUTH...HE WOULD BE A VERY EXCITING FIGHTER...hed be what cotto margarito young barrera morales chavez marquez bros hagler hearns muhahamad ali salvador sanchez azumah nelson roy jones jr even sugar ray were and are and the list goes on..... those fighters took chances and went for what they thought belong to them..but he doesnt do that he runs holds avoids conflict..... only fights with the fighters he ifeels superior to never takes chances...you all disciples say hes smart i say he scared .......and why fight when you know HBO has ur back the judges have yours CASTILLO AND DELAHOYA kno that... and the refs dont warn him for a damn thing.....hey i give crdit where credit is due no matter what sport or what person is playing the sport...and i think mayweather does deserve credit ...but not the royal treatment that alot of people give him.. What I once was has nothing to do with who I am now. What Floyd Mayweather did as an amateur has no bearing on his status now. Why does this even need to be explained? dude what are you talking about? are you questioning his P4P listing? or his G.O.A.T status. i think ppl who hate floyd are sometimes caught in web were t hey arent even sure what they are trying to say. i never said that today hes the P4P #1 on my list, or the #1 147 pd in the world...but... he did just beat a lineal Jr WEltweight, and a jr Middleweight. if that doesnt count for anything than stop watching the sport

This is a fight the fans want, must be, cause it'll be the biggest fight this year by FAR. Yall go and dog the fight saying how nobody wants to see it then it just breaks all kind of numbers and why because of the fans. The 1's in attendance and the 1's buying the ppv's-the fans-die hard or whatever if you tune in your a fan. There are going to be millions more that tune in 4 this than the Cotto vs Margarito fight and why cause Oscar and Floyd has sold themselves-they know how to market and promote their product. Don't hate on some 1 just cause they know how to make tons of money doing the samething your favorite fighte does for a hell of a lot less. I was mad @ 1st, but this fight is important-Oscar's put on a show his whole career, he says he'll retire this year, damn let him get his rematch. He believes he can win, that's all that matter, damn what yall say, he believes he can and I think he has a chance to-cause Floyd didn't blow him out or anything-the fight was close.

Clottey is nice but he's shown some stamina issues before and Margarito doesn't. Margarito was losing the EARLY part of the fight-but he was injured 2-he still pulled it out. With or without an injury-Margarito was going to grind out a victory @ Clottey's expense. Since when was Clottey a knockout artist-Chico moved up 2 whole weight divisions and heard the final bell, all I have 2 say is Zab'a back is really against the wall and I just hope Clottey has a good chin. Far as the rematch goes-bring it, the 1st was close, just bring it and lets get it over with. Question, who in the hell wanted to see Paulie fight N-Doe (or however you spell it) fight again, but Paulie gave him his rematch and they fought 4 a couple 100 grand. Why wouldn't Floyd give Oscar a rematch 4 close to 30 million.

i dont want to see it. floyd is my favorite fighter but he has to fight people in his weight class. like cotto clottey and margarito. if yall dont know about joshua clottey do research. cotto dont have a shot at beating floyd but clottey and margarito do. clottey was beating up margarito until he mess up his hands if that didnt happen he would have beaten margarito. clottey is fighting zab so watch that fight he's going to stop zab before the tenth round.

This is the problem I have with some of yall-you look past fighters way 2 often. Some 1 said soon as Pavlik gets past Abraham, Calzaghe's the fight we want. I wonder was that the same person that didn't give Pavlik a chance in hell against Miranda. I was talking about how good Pav was before the Miranda fight and yall just laughed-now here we go again- all aboard-the wagon train leaves in 5 minutes. Once Floyd fights Cotto then this then that and Mary had little lamb. Since when was Margarito the guy to look past or sleep on. Cotto is treating this like the fight of his life and he better cause Margarito applies relentless pressure until the fight is over. Paul was able 2 win cause of height reach-southpaw stance and quick ASS legs. Margarito has a chance to beat Cotto and that's real-there might be quite a few on this site looking stupid AGAIN. Far as Abraham goes-atleast wait and see how he does against an improved Miranda-you know not the old Miranda that was struggling to make weight when he fought Pav. I give both Pav and Cotto major props, but I've seen stars fall plenty of times.

Although let's not short change Mayweather. If he beats Cotto and retires he will have beaten the best fighters in five divisions without losing a fight. I would have a problem putting his career accomplishments next to anyones. Even Ray Robinson.
