I personally think boxing has it right with the moves they're making to combat the UFC 103 card, even if there wasn't a UFC PPV that night this type of fight night where there are quality fights up and down was definitely needed. Golden Boy got it right this time around. The Chris John Rocky Juarez rematch should be great. Zab Judah vs Antonio Diaz, and then there is Michael Katsidis vs Vicente Escobedo. What do you think of the fight line up?

Mayweather dominates entire fight. No other way to describe it. Knocked him down, showed his superior speed, power, and defense. I said he would shine and he did. To hell with Mosley, he acted like a punk after the fight. Floyd showed his dominace tonight. I am just waiting for all the excuses as to why Floyd won. Screw all that FLoyd fought the #2 pfp and totally white washed his ass. DOmination from the get go. Shane dont have a chance.. Cotto forget about it. Manny the only one out there and realistically after seeing the fight tonight... Floyd just too much skill.. Get the hell out of here with criticizing Floyd. He proved tonight he is the shit.....

Mosely doesn't have a chance-he can't handle a boxer besides Floyd has the ability to pop shot Mosely all night. I've heard people say Mosely is the king of the W/W's but check this out-the only reason Mosely/ Clottey wasn't made is because of Mosely cause yall know Clottey's not turning that 1 down. Mosely should just call out Juda-damn fight some1. I'll tell you why cause that was a 1 and done-Mosely has been on and off and thats the sign of a fighter that's almost done. Mosely can't handle a good boxer anymore-all he wants to do is get in there and bang-he's just a fast brawler and Floyd would make it a boring fight 2 most of yall by pop shottn Mosely all night long

The only fighter, in my opinion, that has any chance of beating Mayweather is Mosley. If you think Mayweather is afraid to fight Mosley you're crazy. When Mosely had the chance to fight Money May, he refused. Go back and check the history, I'm know this to be true. The same is true about Cotto, he wants no parts of Mayweather, he's never once called out Mayweather. At least JMM, after beating Diaz, called out Mayweather and that is why we have a fight today. Anyway, Mayweather would DESTROY Cotto.

Is the UFC really leaving HBO broke? Pandering to compete is only going to corrupt and bankrupt what makes boxing great.

hitty you make a good point, but jmm cant beat pacman ever. manny is in his head now. he knows all it takes is one good shot from manny and down he goes. thats why he will always come up short against manny, he can't fully commit to a war. he knows his chin will let him down. it's all mental, he's got the tools physically to do it, just not all there mentally.

We all know what happend in the first Morales fight. And personally, I thought he was fortunate to ghet the decision in the first fight with Marquez. I want to see Mayweather-Marquez. If Money is Money, I would favor him to beat Pac. As for Marquez, I think he beat him last time, no need to think he couldn't do it again in a third fight.

good point indeed hitking, but I'm not like these other kats-I never tell any1 not 2 buy an event or get caught up on ticket sales. I might say some shit about Pac but I watch all his shit and I don't want to see the dude get hurt like Roy was against Johnson or anything I guess it's his fans that really bother me. I don't want to see any yahoo beat him but I wouldn't mind seeing Cotto do it and I'm not a big Cotto fan but I do give him props though. Anyway, like I said-I talk smack-but I still watch his fights-the dude can fight his ass off and I've never seen anyone get n & out as fast as he does he has fast hands and his foot movement is fast as hell also. You know @ this point I don't really know who can beat the guy but I'm just like Pac trainer on this one-this will be a tough fight 4 him. Freddie isn't sayn that just 2 sale the fight cause it was going to do that regardless. I mean he said prior to the Hatton fight that it doesn't go past 3 rds but here he knows this is a tough fight-I hope it is.

Unless your opponents and their handlers make excuses; or say they're not ready yet.

And you defended Mayweather against this very arguement. IMO, part of being a great fighter is being head-n-shoulders above everyone else. Quite frankly, its only two fighters out there that Pac wouldn't be an overwhelming favorite against, and they're fighting each other in a couple weeks. All a fighter can do is fight the best available. IMO, Pac has done that. Last year, he fought the reamtch with Marquez, who's P4P #2. He fought de la Hoya, who was a huge favorite against Pac. He's fought Hatton this year. Hatton was a P4P elite when he fought Pac. Now, he's fighting Cotto, who's a P4P elite. IMO, you can't ask any more of a P4P King. He's seeking out all the elite fighters at, or around his weight division, and he's fighting them. What more do you want him to do?

hitking, this is another thing that gets me about Pac and his BIG SUPORTERS. If he's so great, why is he always fighting some 1 that supposely has no chance? Other than most thinkn De La Hoya was waay 2 big 4 him @ a weight he hasn't fought @ over 10 yrs-when is this guy ever fighting some 1 that has a chance? I mean seriously that's great-every 1 he fights basically has no chance of beating him according to so called boxing experts. We say Cotto is ready to be taken, but to me he looked ready against Chop Chop-Torrez, Juda, Mosely, Marg got him and he rebounded against Clottey but it was blood & guts that got him thru. Come hitking-Cotto hasn't won a belt inside the ring but he has clearly fought and beat fighter's other guys didn't want to fight. To me anyway, most of his fights are pick em fights. Mosely, Marg, Juda, Quintana and Clottey all tough and he beat them all to me damn what ever1 else days and I was going for Marg, Juda and Clottey when he fought them and thought Quintana had the ability to take him to school. When is Pac ever in a pick em fight-it's not cause he's so great-he could've fought a better champ @ 135 than Diaz cum on. To me he is soo soo overrated it's not funny. This is how the fans are-their off their rocker-to many Cotto has no chance so if Pac wins why the hell we have to hear how great he is. This guy is beating fighters that basically has no chance of winning and after every win I have to hear how he's the truth-this shit is crazy.

Na, I like Clottey. One of my best friends is from Ghana and loves the guy, so I was rooting for him against Cotto. But I gotta call a spade a spade. He was talking that Clottey was robbed sh*t too. I had to get his mind right.
