It seems Clottey wants to keep the ball rollin after his win over Judah. http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=16178 -- "because I am hard you will not like me, but the more you hate me the more you will learn, I am hard, but I am fair, there is no racial bigotry here" ~ Full Metal Jacket.

Arum said that plans are underway to negotiate a match between IBF titleholder Clottey and another feared boxer, WBO titleholder Paul Williams, in a unification contest. The winner between Mosley and Margarito will probably face Cotto in June, said Arum Source: some boxing article from another post. -- "because I am hard you will not like me, but the more you hate me the more you will learn, I am hard, but I am fair, there is no racial bigotry here" ~ Full Metal Jacket.

I wouldn't mind seeing Paul in a match with Delvin. I actually think that could be a fun match. Both have problems dropping their hands so Its a matter of time before a big punch lands. Still I wonder how Delvin will be after all he may have problems mentally that may keep him from pulling the trigger. After all he seriously hurt Oscar Diaz and that thought may still be lingering in his mind. -- "To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe." ~Andre Gide

Delvin Rodriguez and Paul Williams? Is it that dry for the champ, not! Hey Mosley where are you, no one wants Paul Wiliiams! They must be confusing Williams for JCChavez Jr. http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=16288 -- "because I am hard you will not like me, but the more you hate me the more you will learn, I am hard, but I am fair, there is no racial bigotry here" ~ Full Metal Jacket.

Gluvz, you're turning into a broken record. Were you this way on Floyd when he didn't fight some of the tougher comp? Of course not. AM will fight PW again, why the rush? Afraid he may get "starched" again like he did by Quintana? You are one bias MoFo by the way. -- "thats what I love about these high school girls, I get older, they stay the same age"

Well since November is just around the corner, I may as well get my two cents in now. Clottey may wanna keep the ball rollin after his win over Judah, but after he get's in the ring with Paul Williams he's gonna get rolled over. I think the best Clottey can hope for in a fight against P.W. is not to get hit in the jaw and put in a coma November 29th. If for some odd reason Clottey doesn't get put into a coma it'll be because he landed on that big squarezz head. As far as Margarito is concerned, he already lost to Paul Williams.

He can't > please everyone. I don't he's losing any sleep over > not fighting Williams either. He could care less. No need to question my knowledge with that first sentence....the discussion isn't about that. Getting intellectually checked and being proven consistently wrong on these boards (by MANY posters), seems to be your bread & butter, not mine. second....I dont' doubt that Margarito is losing sleep over not fighting Williams - no one is questioning that or bringing it up but YOU (although... I do find it odd, that you'd even THINK about how he feels during his napping hours).....however....I bet everytime a member of the press or boxing fan brings Williams name up - as a minimum, it makes him uncomfortable. And that's all that is needed..... Keep on running Toney....The longer you run, the bigger Williams' name gets. On just about EVERY BOXING BOARD and DISCUSSION ROOM you log onto , there are tons of fans screaming that Margarito is a p*ssy for running from Williams.... I doubt it....VERY MUCH. Then you don't know much. Tony would fight for half that. I think there is a certain bias on your part where Margarito is concerned. That's cool. He can't please everyone. I don't he's losing any sleep over not fighting Williams either. He could care less.

I think both are responsible myself ! Margarito knows that if he crawls out from behind the couch, he's in for another ass whoopin' , and Arum knows he won't have shit left if that happens !

I couldn't agree more. Boxing needs a hundred Paul Williams, throughout all weight divisions. Then we'd see some exciting fights and action we all crave. Willing to fight anyone from 147-160. That's unheard of today, and more reason to like PeeDub.
