We all know Cotto will not get Decision here. It can be lopsided fight Cotto smacking up manny from corner to corner and Manny will get the D. BUT I FEEL MANNY WILL GET CAUGHT LIKE HE ALWAYS DOES. COTTO BY TKO STOPPAGE 5 TO 7RD

What I meant was why would anyone think Cotto would be robbed? It's never happened before. There's actually a small contingency that thinks he robbed Mosley and Clottey, so why would someone say that Cotto can smack Manny from post to post and get robbed in the end. Sounds like someone might be preeminently making excuses, just in case.

neither do i. because this fight aint going the distance, no matter who wins. the longer the fight last the more of a chance cotto will have to win. the longer the fight goes the more his weight and size will factor into the outcome. paquiao has to hurt cotto early and finish fast, otherwise it could be brutal beat down that he will take. either way this fight doesnt see the 10th round. there a reason roach put money on the 1st round to win by k.o. paquiao must start fast.

I don't understand why you think Cotto will be robbed of a decision. I just don't see the basis of this thread.

Cotto will get a decision if he earns it ... he has won closely contesed decisions, and one was against a grizzled veteran sort (Mosley) ...

He should fight like Hatton and be the aggressor, take a hit, so he could hit to knock out the little Asian fighter... Terrible Joe, you're the greatest! Well said!

Cotto does not have to win by stoppage. If he earns the decision, he'll probably get it. Whether or not he can earn a decision is the question.

Why do you think Cotto can't win a decision? > Cotto cant win a decision cuz he's gonna be seriously > outpointed. His only shot to win is by KO. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cotto shouldn't fight like De La Hoya, who never had the opportunity to deliver a well-timed shot to the liver, because Pacman was more faster. He should fight like Hatton and be the aggressor, take a hit, so he could hit to knock out the little Asian fighter... Terrible Joe, you're the greatest!

It depends on how Arum is looking at the immediate future. Pac could have a mega fight with Floyd, but doesn't plan to fight that much more, if that fight even happens. Cotto doesn't plan to stop fighting anytime soon, so he would have a lot more paydays to come with Cotto. It depends on how he's looking at it.

"Cotto has to win by stoppage." I can't disagree, unfortunately unless Cotto gets a couple of Knockdowns that may help, even that varies though.

If the fight reaches the end of the 12th round, it's going to be Pacman who will emerged as the unanimous winner, because he have faster fists...
