Well, since our beloved admins archived the other NFL thread, I had to create this one... Any thoughts on Jeremy Shockey's trade to New Orleans???

Adam Pacman Jones will play this Sunday even though he fought his own bodyguard. I'm so sick of PAcman its not even funny. He can't be saved. That is the only thing I can say about him.

Week 6. The Bills, Chiefs, Steelers & Titans have their bye. What games are you going to be watching? Any one game that stands out for you? BAL @ IND might be interesting. CAR @ TB too I'm having a hard time deciding about Seattle, they aren't doing so hot this season, but neither are the Pack. -- ~Susan

The Colts couldn't repeat and the undefeated Patriots got rocked by the underdog Giants. I see where this is going.

Yea, the Colts went 13-3 in their season after winning and lost in the playoffs. Crappy year. The Patriots repeated way, way back. In 2003 and 2004. Wow. Fucking crappy.

If history repeats itself the defending Super Bowl champions should have a crap year. Not so with the Giants. I looked at their schedule and it looks to me like they could actually finish undefeated if they don't tank the last couple games resting their starters for the playoffs.

Historically Eli has always started out pretty good and faded the second half of the season(with the exception of last years play-off run) So hopefully this is a sign he turned the corner.
