Can Cotto do what Mayweather did during the FM vs JMM weigh-in night? or he's gonna stand up with integrity of a Puerto Rican fighter. Pacman's camp just said they will turn down the big fight if Cotto will show up more than 147lbs on weigh-in night.

I was at weighin roach was screaming to las vegas offical that he wanted cotto to weigh in again because he didn't see the scale.
