Can Cotto do what Mayweather did during the FM vs JMM weigh-in night? or he's gonna stand up with integrity of a Puerto Rican fighter. Pacman's camp just said they will turn down the big fight if Cotto will show up more than 147lbs on weigh-in night.

What is this, a boxing soap now? Are boxing trainers now walking around with expressions of concern during a weigh-in? Do you guys hear reverberating voice-overs too? See little thought clouds/bubbles? Roach had the same look he always has. It's the look of someone who can barely control their facial features.

Mr. 908---Some things you just don't say. I know it's part of the promotion to hype up a fight. Santiago is Cotto's strength and conditioning coach, whom Cotto has taken under his wings, to become his trainer. Roach has been doing a lot of talking and has gotten under Santiago's skin. Roach can be brutal at times.'L

Did you see the look of concern on Freddie's face when Cotto stepped on the scale? He was hoping Cotto would have some issues with the weight but when he saw that Cotto made it just fine a chill went down his spine cause he knows Cotto aint playing no games and took this fight more seriously than his fighter did. Santiago didn't make Freddie any more comfortable by barking at Roach the way he did either. That sh*t was too funny.

Pacman X-press is finally coming to a halt. Pacman fans can start putting away all the paraphernalia. 'L Seriously, this fight is coming down to how well each fighter adjusts. Cotto's punching power must take hold or else he'll lose. His jab has to be precised, damaging and timing Pacman as he launches to make an attack. He needs to get him on the ropes and that's where Cotto can do the most damage. A timed left hook on the ropes and a body shot can end the fight. Cotto has an underrated right and uppercut. I'm expecting him to utilize in this fight. No more excuses. Cotto wins it by UD.

Finally got to watch the weigh-in and I thought Cotto looked very good. I don't think the cut will have been his undoing if things don't go his way. The ATMOSPHERE was EXCELLENT! I'm pumped!

Joe, have you seen on 24/7 that Team Pacquiao took over the hotel's kitchen to prepare Manny's meal?

Can't wait for the celebration tonight after my boy tears Pac the f*ck up. I can't wait to see my peoples going up and down the ave with flags hanging out the windows beeping their horns like crazy bumping reggaeton and setting off car alarms in celebration of my boy Cotto. I live for this sh*t. WOOOO!!!! The fight can't come soon enough. VIVA PUERTO RICO!!!!!!

Pac came in a couple of pounds over his previous weight at welter cause he knows his ribs will need as much cushion as possible when Cotto blasts him in his gut. -- Edited by mr908 at 11/14/2009 9:31 AM PST

Like I've said, if not for the perception that Cotto is the much bigger man, this would be a laughable mismatch. Size matters, but not when the gap in class is this wide. Now, if Cotto were a natural middleweight and Pac were fighting him, maybe yeah, but I just don't see it. Good thing is, we'l know for sure in a couple hours.
