This is a petition for Season Three.
Please post here, if you want to see a third season in 2008.
There is no need to post anything special, or to put your real name or anything like that--HBO has all that, after all. After Sopranos, HBO really needs something good on air!!! Or there will be mass subscription cancellation.

 I would say that I would be among the wildly annoyed people regarding this topic. The cancellation of Carnivale was uncalled for. Take a good look at the awards you received for this show folks. Apparently the show was doing okay. I would love to see the show come back, as you left way too many questions unanswered for the fans of the show. Sofie is psycho, Jones is dead, and Ben was left injured. Not to mention Lodz promise of returning in the flesh.....Arrrrrgggghhhhh!

PLEASE bring back Carnivale!! I've been a huge fan of all HBO's original programs. I've bought all the Sex and the City seasons and watched The Sopranos faithfully. I was completely satisfied with the way both ended. Carnivale was a wonderfully fresh and inventive show. I watched on the edge of my seat while good and evil battled for two seasons. I understand that HBO had its reasons for canceling the program. But I plead to finish what was started. A book, movie or even another season just released on DVD. Please, reconsider the high and dry conclusion of carnivale.

This is was my favorite show, i still check this forum every few months to see if anyone has any news. i wish they would at least finish the series with a novel or something so we could know what happened

Is he still with Libby in New York? I'd like to see Libby loose in the
big city. But hopefully, Jonsey will come to his senses and play for a good Midwestern team.

If it helps, Dan Knauf (the creator) has told us Jonesy didn't die - it was just a flesh wound. In Season 3 he would be back playing baseball for the Yankees.
The Yahoo group is still alive and well, discussing these things (DK posts there sometimes).

Sign me up for wanting Carnivale to return. HBO can be brilliant at times, "The Sopranos", "Carnivale", "In Treatment" and most recently "John Adams". They also have a few series that have missed the mark. "John from Cincinatti" never resonated with me and I was station in Imperial Beach, CA. The movie selection on HBO is always a bit weak. How many Norbits and Adam Sandler films are there anyway.
Bring back Carnivale... good idea! I want to know what happens after the cornfield... "Lost" doesn't do this to a faithful audience.

This is really my favorite tv show because of its topic.
The story is so great and the atmosphere awesome!

I am sure this is redundant, but I am totally SICK of HBO starting these series (Comeback, as another example) and yet never finishing. Regular TV, FOR FREE, never just dumps a viewer half way through a series (well almost never).
Bring back Carnivale, the Comeback and don't cancel In Treatment
