I love the Sin City Diaries series and all of the Bikini Girls series, Passion Cove is also good. I could not agree more with "Pyrodude" about a little bit more risk. I hope you keep producing these series.
As for Pleasure Zone, Cabo, Hotel Erotica maybe Disney or Nickolodean are interested

i think the movies are ok. to tell you the truth ive been waiting for cinemax to show an older movie i saw back in 02. does anyone remember the name of the movie where a guy gets ready to be married and his friends gets a stripper whom he happened to have had a relationship with back in the day and is torn between his new wife and his old flame? I loved that one!! there was a specific scene where the guys wife cheats on him with his best friend and they pull over on the side of the road and just go at it. that was hot. let me know if you know what the name is guys!!! but in answer to the original question, I think the movies are ok. there are some really dumb ones but hey they gotta go somewhere lol.

Okay, Cinemax...time for you to ante up!
Seems like people (at least those who take the time to post) are fed up with the...ummmm...LIMP..."adult" programming. Thumbs up to John Quinn...at least for trying. From what I've seen, he's the best you've got.
But I agree with the post below...same tired old actors and actresses...more comedy than "heat"...always "hiding their privates" (DON'T LOOK, MA!!!).
Why not try some sort of "Real Sex" series like HBO, but with real couples? Even if only one program per month, shown way late on a weekend night?
Turn up the heat a bit, because Cinemax After Dark is starting to get cold.

Sorry all but the movies on Cimemax after dark are terrible. I'm 32 and i've been watching these movies since I was in high school. The movies they used to have when I was in high school or even 10 years ago are a thousand times better than these movies. They are all the same lame people performing the same lame acts while they look at the camera and don't even sell the scene. On top of that the music they put to it is so bad it takes me out of the mood more often than not. 10 years ago it was the bomb. Now they should just use it for a comedy skit. It's terrible. No wonder I own so much porn. The B-rated skin flicks that used to get me by are long gone. The new Emanuell movies are a complete slap in the face to the original ones. Cinemax should save their money from dumping it into producing these God awful flix and just rehash the old stuff. Not only was it good, it would actually turn you on. I'd tell you how I really felt but this is a public site.

I'll have to check out some of the other series you mentioned...we've only had cable for about 1 month now, and maybe cinemax will replay some of the titles you mention.
Director John Quinn does a great job with Sin City Diaries...so far, they take the award for best all around quality of adult drama.
Cinemax: give John some more budget, and a longer leash to steam up Sin City, and I strongly believe you'll gain a tremendous following for his series.

I liked the Co-Ed series, but, I thought it was tame compared to many other series. I enjoyed the stories and the humor, but, again, the sex scenes were not as hot as they could of been.
I enjoyed Sin City Diaries too, and there were some great scenes.
But, I think my favorite has to be Sex Games: Vegas. (Which you hardly ever show anymore!)
Passion Cove, Nightcap, Sex Games, Best Sex, BlackTie Nights.
Thay are my all time favorites.

Okay, I'm not that savvy to boards like this, so please forgive me if I sometimes break the rules of Forum Etiquette.
My wife and I just got cable, after years of "rabbit ears" (moved out to the country, no reception). We really enjoyed the free few days we got of Cinemax, and seeing the After Dark stuff is what compelled us to subscribe to Cinemax. But...after a couple of weeks, we both find the lack of full nudity (both women and men) kind of boring. This is an "adults only" time and channel, isn't it? We both think that Cinemax should have more nudity (not just T and A!), and even rock the boat by showing a few explicit scenes. Not that is has to be like internet xxx porn, but c'mon, we're adults, and most people have at least a little voyeuristic bent such that the occasional oral sex or other action would be an unexpected thrill. I would be stunned to hear that someone used to watching Sin City Diaries and such, would all of a sudden complain if they saw a few moments of actual oral sex or penetration.
I have to agree with a number of other posts I've read about the After Dark mature videos...most actually wind up being pretty, well...limp. But of course one would not easily know that since the men all hide their penises like a schoolboy in the gym showers the first time. And how about a few more between-the-legs shots of the females?
Sin City Diaries "In Capable Hands" (2007) has so far been the hottest "mature" title we've seen so far. Congrats on that one, Cinemax! Must have been a different director for that episode...get him/her back!
I do appreciate what Cinemax is doing, though, for entertainment for adults, and thanks for asking our opinions. Just light the fire a little hotter, and I think you'll please LOTS more people that those few prudes who might be offended by such offerings (why are they watching After Dark for, anyway, except to complain).

My biggest concern is that there isn't enough black people on your late night shows..what black people aren't having sex...come on cinnemax...you can do better..and better story lines also....thank you please respond....
