So, he hit all those hoemruns because of steroids. Here is the question for you Costas. Out of all of the other players using steoirds, why was Barry Bonds the only one hitting all those homeruns? What happened to the others, they used them to. Come on , you know that if you does not have that hand eye coordination you won't do it. Stop blaming steroids.

I fail to see the connection between Bonds and clemens .clemens has an individual who says he provided the steroids and/or HGH , bonds has no accuser other than the writers who have a grudge and hearsay from a jilted golddigger of a girlfriend (a REAL credible source ) . His weight gain ( I myself have gained 72 lbs. between 32 and37 .... NO steroids attrition due to age and metabolismslowing down and despite being VERY active , just not as active as before ala bonds ) and loss of hair natural fora high pressure job and great pay (I also work on wall street ) is actually run of the mill. bonds has never tested positive for steroids and his love of his self leads me to believe he would not WILLINGLY take something that heknows will harm him ; but he MIGHT unwittingly take somethings from a friend (greg anderson ) whom he trusts without questioning him because he was a life long friend(NONE of the substances which were illegal at the time !!)why is it so hard to believe someone that can be soo focused to block out all distractions ( media , hatred fans , grand jury investigation , general dislike and bad press )but can't focus and become greater to prove he's simply the best of his time and one of the greatest EVER !! Don't begrudge him because his knowledge and experience wereso great it circumvented the curve of his physical talentsdeclining.... now if his fielding or his knees improved I would yell steroids , but he's not perfect and NOT on steroids, the grand jury has'nt found anything on him in years , but in a few months the trail leads to clemens.

I'd like to hear Whitlock elaborate on the medias control over the direction of the Barry Bonds story. Of course, Clemons is the bad guy now. If his present allegations are in fact true, he is just a bad person in general steroids or not. But lets be real here, Mark Mcguire might have to wait in time out for the hall of fame, but he hasn't been through what Barry and Roger are going through, and if Roger had simply admitted he had taken steroids Bonds would still be the main villain. If Bonds had admitted to the same while chasing the record, I'm pretty sure the coverage would have been even worse than what it actually was.

I think steroids can give them more strength to push the ball further, BUT you are right. They still have to have the hand/eye coordination to pull it off.
