Baseball is implementing instant replay. What do you think? Is it blasphemy or will it improve the game?

I know this has been used a few times so far in the regular season.
How do you think it's worked in the instances it was used?

I remember hearing about this last month or so and thought it was a little strange they were implementing it during the season instead of just waiting for next season, but I guess they want it for playoffs.
It sounds like it's going to be a very limited scope, i.e., fan interference with a ball against a hard to see wall. They're saying that gone are the days when the outfield fence is a brick wall, you've got pictures, planters, etc. that make it difficult for a ump standing several feet away from judging clearly.
I have my doubts on whether it will improve the game, but I guess we'll have to see how exactly it's used. Will just the umps be able to call upon it? Or will managers be able to request it like in NFL?
