Larry regrets getting Richard Lewis's girlfriend Cha Cha a job near the office bathroom. Meanwhile, a waiter is doomed by a doggy-bag dispute, and Larry proves inept at "talking lefty." Discuss the show!

I agree with most of the points, Cha Cha is pretty annoying, and Cheryl has become much more of a nag this season (reflecting the real-life rift, since Larry got divorced). They have always had Cheryl as a die-hard environmentalist, but in past seasons they didn't get into how her environmental beliefs affected Larry negatively. I think that is Larry's way of getting a shot at his ex-wife Laurie, but it is somewhat distracting. This week was not quite at the same level at the first three eps, but, as you said, if a season has only one or two down episodes, that is fine. The best part was definitely Leon's scene with Larry.

one problem you might have is the fact that the characters change each episode. danson does a good job then is forgotten. leroy is good for one show than not even in the next show. its hard to incorporate all the characters and get a good flow.

No, you can't get this stuff anywhere else! This is what premium TV is all about. I still can't point out what's different this season.

about the doggie bag being unrealistic. I overheard my friend saying can I get a bag for this at the bar and then I said what if he gives it to his dog and the dog get sick to the bartender wouldn't you be liable. i proceeded its a doggie bag and some people may think its ok to give it to a dog. luckily no one saw the episode but the whole bar was cracking up. just because its unrealisitic doesnt mean its not funny. Larry is a jew squirrel can we get to the ear what the fuck you looking at jew boy, fucking faggot the baby's behind is hurting what are you wearing than starts moaning to cha cha ashame? they do have 9 kids you cant get on a waiters bad side theyll do anything gotta leave a good trip- so true what happens if you have 3 kids in china, they execute, they kill the baby? i dont remember this stuff on seinfeld. please tell me a show thats half as funny so i can watch it.

Taylor Negron as the waiter Daviday is a comedy classic! May I compare him to the holy Soup Nazi?

Leon schools Larry on the art of "gettin' in that ass"!!!

Oh man, I knew Larry and Leon would be hilarious together! Their conversations are simply priceless, like the one in this episode of 'The Lefty Call'. Leon's explanation of 'how to get in someones ass when they call U a fuckin' faggot' still has me in tears after watching about 3 times. He tells Larry to "pull their asshole open, step into their asshole and close the door behind U", then he tells him to get a spray paint can and spray paint "Larry was here",..."wash me",..."all that kinda shit"! Then he says to "fuck the whole asshole up" by leaving newspaper and snicker wrappers on the floor of it. LOL! And just when I thought I was gonna pee in my pants from laughing so hard,...he tells Larry to "step out of the asshole, and leave it wide open", and "don't close that motherfucker so they know that U have been there"! He then ends this insane dialogue with, "thats how U handle people,...get in that ass Larry!! They give each other a 'high five' and Leon finishes munching on a bag of chips. LOL! I don't know how U other CYE fans feel but I am 'definitely' looking forward to seeing more of this craziness between LD and Leon as the season progresses. -- Peace 2 U Always, S h a d o w

Oh, it's still VERY good. In fact, I was thinking about sending HBO the bill, if I get a citation from neighbors calling the cops. CYE and RT still crack me up in the middle of the night, so having them together isn't exactly a good thing for my neighbors. What else is just as entertaining? I can't point it out, but I'll think about it. -- Edited by infoseek at 10/02/2007 1:42 PM

I was split on this episode. The ending was very very funny.......the doggie bag was unrealistic, but funny with susie and the dog crap. They could have done without the barber shop and seeing the blacks in bed and toilet bowl scene w/cheryl yelling at him, Other than that it was funny Cha Cha was annoying. What i do i look back at every season episode number and compare if you look the weakest season 4 episode i think was The Weatherman. All in all this season has been very funny. I think it is better than season 5 so far. But nothing tops the Ski Lift. I wonder if episode 9 is the Colan Contest. Still remains untitled. I think the worse episode of all was The Smoking Jacket. You guys really over analyze this stuff. Just watch the show, if it is funny it is funny, i always say larry does about 1 or 2 that are not up to par other than they they all are good overall.

Are you insane?! This season is incredible. Every episode has a thrilling rollercoaster feel. Richard Lewis and Jeff have never been funnier. Leon is a terrific addition. Absolutely hilarious. The show is on a roll. I'd hate to think what you think is funny if your not enjoying this season. Highliights 1) Richard confronting Larry about his Personel bathroom habits "Colon Contest" 2) Leon telling Larry he got punked out "Get in that Ass" 3) Richard calling Larry a "Pervo" 4) Larry making his "Lefty" call and 5) The Chemo patient. More laughs than I've had in 15 years of any typical sit-coms. Res Ipsa Loquitar

I too have the feeling about something is different. I'll have to watch a few more to figure that out. I don't understand why people are so disappointed with this season. It's a huge step up from season 5!

"In Larry's new office, I noticed that the shelves behind his desk were pretty much empty except for 2 old fashioned (maybe rotary) telephones. Any ideas on why these would be the only things on his shelves? They were pretty prominently displayed." from sss Yes, and one was red! Does Larry think he has a direct line to someone important? Like the CEO of HBO? I really do NOT like this season at all. Sometimes I watch an episode (always On Demand, never in real time) I get images of Seinfeld. It's as if this show has lost its own identity and is drawing on history for a new one. It isn't working - Seinfeld worked because it was clever and original; many have tried to copy it. While LD may have played prominently in its success, it is not translating onto Curb. I suspect this will be the last season; it's time to let go.

I bet nobody caught this. when Larry agrees to get the Black's the good toilet paper. He gives Leon a pound and says, "alright" Auntie Raye ...like he's down for the hood -- Edited by JEWFACE at 10/02/2007 9:47 AM -- Edited by JEWFACE at 10/02/2007 9:48 AM
