I think the guy playing Marty Funkhause is a former ballplayer or such, but I can't place him.

I love Susie Greene -- which is why I want to let you all know this: The comedy show I work on is having Susie Essman as our guest here in New York on Monday night (3/24.) It's called "Shoot The Messenger" -- it's a spoof of the world's worst morning show, created by "Daily Show" co-creator Lizz Winstead, and it's live on stage at the Green Room Theater at 45 Bleecker St. There'll be a 45-minute interview with Lizz and Susie about politics, life and of course, Curb! There's ticket info on our web site www.shootthemessengernyc.com -- and even if you can't make it, check back there mid next week, because the interview with Susie will be available there online.

I love all of them, but I adore Cheryl, A smart, classy lady. I have seen every show. I still don't know what happened to Susie and Jeff's baby (The Nanny). I don't think I ever heard anyone make a reference to it after Susie fell on that pile of pound cakes. Help!

Besides Larry of course, Jeff is my favorite. I always re-wind scenes to watch his subtle reactions. He cracks me up with how understated but funny he can be. And I love when he gets a chance to yell.

well, its really all about larry david. i hate him sometimes and sometimes i love his genius. jeff garlin is great, but i don't like the short hair, he looks goofier with the curly hair and thats what makes me laugh. and i just loooove cheryl, so sweet, so pretty, so perfect.

Larry David is my favorite comedian! He makes me laugh and hes sexy too! I met him last night in person and I was surprised how good looking he is. Larry I wish I wasn't so nervous otherwise I would have spoke to you longer, instead I ran off and ate prawns at the Buffet. With that sense of humor and charm its no mystery that you are so successful! LUV kris

I don't have a favorite character because all of them are excellent in their own way. Larry David is great because I can identify with most of his neurotic behaviors like being frustrated when someone samples ice cream, making you wait. He really knows how to depict human nature. He kinda reminds me of Woody Allen's humor and nature. I like the way he reacts to other actors like Richard Lewis and Ted Danson. I feel he is a genious when it comes to understanding the little things in life. Normally it's emphasized in our society to only notice the big things. Richard Lewis is hysterical. I especially like the line where he reacts to Larry when he sees him selling a car, "What are you a fuckin' Willy Loman?" His one-liners have me laughin' hours or even days after I see those episodes. Cheryl plays the role as Larry David's wife excellently. She lets him be himself; but, calls him on things when she feels he's done wrong. Suzie is great because of her intermittent cursing. I especially like the line, "you fat fuck." I can identify with her since I am jewish woman who grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. People in N.Y.C. actually act like Suzie. Jeff is a great actor because he understands Larry and thus lets him be himself. For example, he doesn't take it personally when Larry jokes about his weight. In conclusion, this is the best show on TV and the only reason I have HBO. I even like it much better than Seinfeld.
