In the Season Six finale, an upcoming Bat Mitzvah provides Larry with an opportunity to clear up his recent domestic travails--as well as some nasty rumors. Discuss now!

i thought it was so awesome the way Loretta defended Larry to Susie (which stunned her... the thought that she'd ever face her match!)... and the pleasure that Larry took while Loretta was calling her a bitch & slamming the door in her face... hilarious! the whole ending sequence stunned me... i loved it. i always liked the Cheryl character, but Larry & Loretta would also make an interesting couple. Perhaps Cheryl will remain on the show as a peripheral "ex-wife" character? -- Edited by carlosmnyc at 11/13/2007 5:17 PM

I must say the episode tonight was not "season-ending" worthy. Despite some interesting premises along the way, the season wasn't totally great. I was disheartened that Larry doesn't get back with Cheryl. Tonite's episode ended with a thud. I rank the seasons as follows. 1. Three 2. Four 3. Two 4. Six 5. One 6. Five I am hoping Larry returns for another season to capture the magic. Grey In SC

Huge CYE fan and I loved this season SO much!! I have to say I thought maybe the show was headed for trouble with the arrival of the Blacks, but wow did that ending surprise me. I laughed my a$$ off at every episode this season. Only two things I didn't like: 1) it felt like this season was way too short and 2) I don't think we got to hear Susie call him a "four-eyed f!" Oh, and I miss Jeff's hair. He's so subtle but hysterical. Probably my favorite season yet!

I thought the show was great. My favorite line was early in the show when Leon told Jeff "I like how you operate. You was straight-forward" regarding the argument about Moby "Mopey" Dick. This was a great episode to I think an average season. However, average for CYE is ten times better than any other show on television right now. Larry is a genius and I would kill to tell a story the way he can. I took a screenshot of the Christmas card at the end. I could also make an mp3 of the John Legend song at the end.

There's some maxim in Hollywood that goes (pardon the paraphrase) something like this: "If your first act is good, and you wow them in the end, you'll have a great picture, kid." That's precisely what Larry David pulled off this season. This finale was so fucking brilliant I . . . I don't know what, I just want to bow down and take off my hat. The man is a genius: a master of comedy. Like a brilliant surgeon, he slices into the human and extracts the very pathos with which we've all been born. Holds it in front of our eyes. And we can't stop laughing. I said on this message board a few eps back that it'd be much better if LD got together with Vivica Fox, as 1) she gets him more than Cherly and 2) she's -- don't want to diss Cheryl Hines here, because she's been terrific, but Vivica Fox is not only beautiful but has just go that "it." And Leon -- hilarious. Man, I can only hope CYE returns next year with Larry and the blacks. How splendid that would be. Thank you, Mr. David for all the laughs.

Hmmm. I think maybe Sheryl is leaving the show? I thought I heard that come to think of it. Funny thing is that Larry is the "family man" that maybe Sheryl would have liked. Either way, if Sheryl did leave and Vivica's character stayed, it'd be great. Just watched it again and her telling off Suzie was priceless. Should have added a few more explatives.

One of if not the best episode of the series. Bit of irony with the receptionist sign in sheet as Larry David has shown this to be a peeve of his in previous episode.

I thought this last episode was brilliant---I was literally applauding it from my couch. Love the show---there isn't any topic that is too taboo. Fantastic end to what I thought was the second best season of the series(behind the Producers). Even if the show was not to return next year, Larry David accomplished his goal---leave 'em wanting more

Boy, I am so glad I signed up for this HBO forum. I've never really cared about the whole bulletin board thing, never posted much before. Curb had me rolling, and for some reason just wanted to give my two cents. Now, I have some moron calling me a "hole"??? Wow! Really classy and clever. I'm thinking "this dude can't be serious bringing up old episodes and threatening to get his money back from the cable company." But, I guess I was wrong. Oh my dearest dotcomguy... I am forever abandoning this HBO community vortex, never to return. So don't bother to write some sloppy tired ass response to a stranger. You are clearly a loser and a bully. I can just picture you chuckling over your keyboard typing your zingers now. And sweetheart, if you really knew who I am, what I look like, and what I do for a living, you would be a wee bit sheepish. No, not sheepish, you'd feel like a "hole"! So I'm off - maybe you can throw your pathetic one liners at someone else now you loser. P.S. Is it hard to type with one hand? Just wondering you freak!
