What did you think they were eating? Were you a little swayed by Larry or did you think he was wrong from the beginning? Post your thoughts on the bulletin boards.

>>I cannot get enough of "BWAAAAAAAH, IT'S OSCAR!!!" - classic<< You are easily amused. This was the worst Curb episode ever.

Anyone see that one or > notice it was missing like me? Thanks I too am missing Episodes 48 and 49 on my On Demand... I have Episode 50 so this doesn't make any sense... And I've already reset my cable box and rebooted it several times... Anyone else fix this problem if they had it? Thanks for your time.

Just have to say I haven't seen or heard the word "fecacta" since my parents died. I forgot it existed. Thanks for reminding me!!! > Only two eppys this season are worthy of note: > "Lewis Needs a Kidney" and "The Ski Lift". The > others? Fecacta! >

I agree pretty much with the assessment below. I thought The Bowtie was fabulous... loved it!!! The Ski Lift was great, too!! I watched them both a zillion times on On Demand. disagree i think that the worst one this year was The > Smoking Jacket > > 1. The Larry David Sandwich (Good) > 2. The Bowtie (excellent) > 3. The Christ Nail (Excellent) > 4. Kamakazi Bingo (decent) > 5. Lewis Needs a Kidney (Excellent) > 6. The Smoking Jacket (disapointtment) > 7. The Sedar (funny) > 8. The Ski Lift (very funny) > 9. The Korean Bookie (decent) > 10 The End (who knows!)

The final episode was funny but I think the story was weak. As far as the main plot goes I would have like to have seen: (1) Omar calls Larry telling him he has news (2) Nat's health takes a turn for the worse (3) Omar asks larry one final time if he wants to know if he is adopted. (4) Larry then figures that: (a) if he isn't adopted then Nat can donate the kidney (b) he can be adopted but he will have to give kidney (5) Larry finds out he is adopted; therefore, larry donates and goes into coma (6) Larry awakes remembering immediately that he is adopted and therefore plans on meeting his family. (7) Omar comes in and tells larry the adoption thing was a mistake. He subvertly interviewed Nat but do to his "lack of respect for speech" he misinterpreted what he said. Thus, Larry wasn't adopted. (8) Larry is pissed but everybody else is happy (Lewis has his kidney, Cheryl and co. know larry is alive)

I believe that season 4 ended around March 2004, and season 5 began at the end of September 2005. Then again, it was so long, I can't be sure of the exact dates. That is the one thing that bugs me about HBO shows: the long waits in between seasons.

You know, for someone who thinks the show sucks, you sure as hell post a lot on it... You obviously must like it if you spend 24 hours a day commenting on it.

BEST ONE YET, I mean, it couldn't have been as funny as it was without the previous 49, nonetheless, iconic of the entire series, vintage, seriously vintage stuff. Great performances from absolutely everyone. However. Season Six, and trust me, I'm always right about this show, there will be a season six, will kick ass for real, every episode will build, none of this crap that happened this year, mr teriyaki, even if that's from real life, it's not fucking funny. This is my advice to whoever is connected to the show that reads this shit. Start filming stuff in January, loosely, then in earnest in March, improvise with the casts, fuck serious continuity, but have the show back on let's say, mid october 2006, one week before halloween. larry david is a changed man now, he had such a laid back demanour after he found out he was gentile, staunch and corny, but an assuredness that was so weird, then the coma, heaven, back down to earth, and he's a mixture now. And it was good.... hbo, seriously, listen to me, i think well, it is only ten shows, i don't know about a seventh season, more of a sequel to Larry David: Curb Your Enthusiasm maybe call it Larry David: Modified Passivity or not

OK. I am at the 14 minute mark and this episode has already made up for the whole season, the moron below me with 2000 plus posts, is and i fucking quote "A BABBLING BROOK OF BULLSHIT" so far this is the funniest stuff the show has produced. i'm not reading the other posts yet, i was surprised he ended up being adopted, but the subtle conflinction (not a word, should be) Larry is going through is truly masterful, the dialogue with the Thai woman almost even makes up for Kamikaze Bingo, makes up about 40 percent. I have some swiss portabello burger now, will enjoy the remainder of ep, and be back to post my thoughts that no one actually gives a fuck about.

What happened at the very end? I recorded it and my vcr cut off the last part. The last thing I seen was he was in heaven or something like that and those two guys came and said "we're your guys" and it cut off.. what happened?

Oh, they're all 10 episodes? My bad then. It's just 'Real Time' that I'm disapointed about then. By the way, how long was the break between end of season 4 and start of season 5? Message was edited by keisersozze at Dec 4, 2005 9:22 PM
