larry and his manager are on the santa monica pier planning on having lunch. they see 3 men catching one fish after another. larry is facinated and asks if he can try catching a fish. the man is agreeable and larry pulls in a seemingly giant fish. all agree that they should take the fish to a restaurant and have the fish cooked for lunch. as larry proudly carries the fish he is stopped by a fish and game officer who exclaims that the fish is not big enough to keep (25 inches is 1 inch too short) and larry is going to jail for violating california fish and game laws>

he could play someone who has a radio show who makes a huge effort to show that he's embarassed and regretful for having proven that he doesn't have any connections worth a damn. and then quickly proves that the root of the problem is that he himself isn't worth a damn, which he just doesn't want to be alone in.
not to offend anyone, but that wouldn't really be worth paying attention to in my opinion.
