My vote, however, goes to Leon Black after he swaps phones with L.D., speaking to the mild-mannered Hal who's expecting an apology from Larry...:

You guys have no idea how many times my girlfriend & i have used that line since it aired. It's extra fun when we hear the real Barack Obama speak. (e.g.: "My position on health care is this: the most important thing to do, is... [us: "to hit that ass!"]")
