> Coney Island of your mind?...Sheesh,Eccles,you had me > going for a second... Al: "I'll be perfectly honest with you, Commissioner, lay my fuckin' cards right on the table and tell you I can't trust a man who can't be bribed .. . at least a little." TR: "I'm sorry to hear that." Al: "Yeah, it's nothin' personal; it's just that if a man can't be bribed, then what's he in it for ... why does he do what he fuckin' does. That question perplexes me." TR: "Honor. Love of Country. A sense of right and wrong. A moral code which ..." Al: "Those are exactly the sentiments that make me nervous, Commissioner, as they at once speak to and demonstrate the thinking, the sense, the frame of mind of the fuckin' insane." TR: "That you equate honor with insanity, Mr. Tulliver ... " Al: "Call me Al." TR: "When I was in the West, in Deadwood to be precise, I met the finest type of lawman, a Mr. Bullock, who ..." Al: "Fuck the west, fuck Deadwood, and fuck fuckin' Bullock. Are we going to be able to do business or not. That's all I fuckin' need to know." I don't know who is going to play TR, but I've got a pretty good idea who I want to play Al. -- O-< Primum non nocere. O-< -- Edited by Ecclesfan at 08/08/2009 12:04 PM PDT

Any day now, a new series begins set in the Five Points section of Manhattan in the Monk Eastman, Paul Kelly, "Gangs of New York" era of the 1890's. The series follows the exploits of a fictional character who is a sort of mash up of several infamous gang leaders, one Al Tulliver. Together with his trusted henchmen, Don Dohery and Johnny Byrne, Al Tulliver controls what goes on in what he considers his city. A tough-as-nails new Police Commissioner, nicknamed "TR", promises to make life difficult for Al, but no one should count the wily criminal out, especially while he has the help of the leader of New York's Chinatown, a certain Mr. Liu. In the Coney Island of my mind. -- O-< Primum non nocere. O-<

Your post appeared at...4:20! The admins got rid of everything one day and then reopened just a couple of threads, so, we started some new ones. What is coming up for you that we should watch for?

Its been quiet here lately except for participation in Jury duty so everything else shuts down. Free them all I say. Or is it Hang em High? I forget. But first kill all the lawyers.

Whoa, Mister Wu! Nice job on the poker! I don't know what a deep stack event is, but it sounds heavy. I'm so glad you guys are doing well in this lame economy! > Hey Manny!!! Doing fine. Hey Manny!!! Doing fine. Won a seat to a small event at the World Series of Poker in Vegas but got knocked out after 3 hours. But went to Ceasars and took down a deep stack event and got in the money on another. So came home with profit. Funny thing I was in a restaurant today on the west side of town and 2 guys next to me are talking about a guy by the name of Greg Feinberg. I say youre not talking about "the" Feinberg who was the exec on Deadwood. They look at me and say oh yeah youre WU! I guess Feinberg is on True Blood now. And I says "tell him Wu says hello". Small World. As for the film industry things are picking up. I just did a pilot fo Nickolodeon and will propably start soon on a cartoon series that I did last year called the Mighty B which was created by and stars Amy Poelher. Funny the character I play on it is called Wu.
