Season Four Finale At Cannes, the guys party it up and attend to the business of selling Medellin, a not-so-easy task since the finished film has yet to be screened. Meanwhile, Drama enjoys the benefits of Viking Quest's popularity overseas.

what happened to harvey fixing the movie? and silo? vince already was paid to do that movie 'silo'. what did the studio just decide they didn't want a summer movie and that multi-million dollar check already paid out to vince to actually do the movie wasn't worth having him actually act in the movie just because Medellin was awful?

I would first like to say I love this show I have been watching since episode 1 and normally recored it on my DVR eventhough i watch it live I like to see it a couple times. I hated the fact they ended the season on a bad note I kinda thought it might be the end of the series. Now that I know it was just a way to build story I cant wait for the new season it should be great they have a great story to build on and endless posibilitys

I had not thought about it but you are right, this epi had most of the major characters from the season. I know some purists think that Season 2 was the best. But I think season 4 was richer and more unpredictable. I really enjoyed the season and 'The Cannes Kids' was a great finale.

i think that the season 4 finale of entourage (The Cannes Kids) was one of most well shot episodes of entourage so far. Everything from the location to that incredible introduction where the crew arrives on boat with Yelle blasting in the background was awesome. I also liked how they had every character from that season coming back all on one episode such as harvey, dana, and nick. I think the episode was very well written and this episode was the perfect way to end the season. In the past seasons... they always leave on a good note. The season 1 finale had the crew jet off to ny to shoot queens blvd and everybody happy to be where they were... the season 2 finale had vince finally choose to stick with aquaman and the entourage happy for him and his move...and the season 3 finale showed that they were going to make Medellin the way they wanted too... anyways... if you look back on the previous season finales ...they all leave the audience on a good note... whereas the season 4 finale leaves the audience stunned and unaware of whats going to happen next.. my point is the season 4 finale was truly the best entourage season finale yet and also one of the most well shot episodes so far. sorry for the long post and thanks if you actually read this entire thing.

I just finished the two episodes with Dom in them and couldn't agree with you more. They are the least entertaining episodes of Entourage ever. Dom's character is one dimensional and predictiable. All the guy's responses to Dom are .... predictable. But the good thing about Entourage is that few episodes are this poorly written. The overall standard is high.

Saw some pics of the upcoming season shooting in Hawaii. Sounds interesting, Hawaii could be a nice backdrop for a couple episodes. BUT.....I can't help but get the feeling Doug Ellin has written a script featuring a crappy subplot with Drama & Turtle. I bet Drama is going to find a long lost treasure map & he & Turtle will be off looking for buried treasure the whole episode, while Vince, Eric & Ari actually do something interesting. Wait....I should stop right now, I'm giving the writers ideas. I hope this season we get off the wacky adventures of Dram & Turtle & back to the four guys hanging out together, thats when entourage is at its best.

I think the writers have done a terrible job of keeping their stories in tact. Obviously the screw up of how Vin and Johnny are half brothers is one. Another is Ari claiming his mother is dead in season one then mentioning going out to dinner with his mom in season two. Then claiming he had no sisters growing up then saying his sister became a moonie later on in season two. Way too many inconsistencies. Regardless I still love the show but I think they can do a better job of keeping things in tact.

I read that Doug Ellin really wants to shove Dom down our throats even though the response to Dom was overwhelmingly negative. Ellin plans on bringing Dom back into the fold which makes me uneasy because the two episodes Dom was involved in are two of my least favorite from season three. I liked episode 54. I had a strong feeling that Medellin would bomb because Eric's uneasiness with Billy's final cut indicated as much. I would not mind if Walsh's character goes on hiatus for awhile because his character does tend to wear thin rather quickly.
