Andrew Klein is a great character and just because he was drinking when he was about to lose his job and when he calibrates with Ari does not mean he is a alcoholic. and i think its still pretty good to sign a writer of a great show that was canceled after 4 seasons. thats not gonna be the only good idea he gets. Jay Leno is still on tv so why not use it. and he was talking about his car movie coming out so y not have it with one of the most known car collectors in the US. -- Edited by droller227 at 07/15/2009 5:24 PM PDT

> Why would E take the call from Sloan right in the > middle of Vince's live interview?? No one does > this.......... very unrealistic. Why does Sloan care > about E and lead him on this way?? No girl should do > this............ Why Why Why??? Possibly to show her how much she means to him? It was a huge sacrifice to do what he did. It could have cost him alot! Sure most people wouldn't do it but it's a TV show. -- __________________________ Jaydes HBO Forums Host

I think it would be cool if Llyod gets the promotion and then realizes he had it so much better jsut being an assistant to Ari. I really hope their is a clip of the movie in the next ep, Gatsby is one of my favorite books. Kelin might end up getting fired and hen Babs ends up getting to rub Ari's face in what a dead beat he really was. I wouldn't mind an episode or two with Harvey again, he always makes for some fun. Victory!

I am new to this also, love Entourage. Thought last season was great. The wheeling/dealing episodes were brilliant. Nice to see Vince's vulnerability, nice to see them go home and then getting work with Scorcese. Loved episode 67! Want Lloyd to be happy, but love Lloyd where he is. I was kind of hoping Lloyd or Tom would inseminate a surrogate & have a baby, but if Lloyd becomes an agent, then it might be fun for the character to expand and become just a little Ari-ish, a little "hollywood", maybe play the field. Not sure about Eric moving out or getting back with Sloan. Not crazy about ARi's old friend joining the agency, kind of boring. -- Irene

I am new to this whole entourage message board but I have a few thoughts: (I don't want to bash anyones thoughts, just open their eyes a little) 1.) People that say that last season was dark and it should be more fun are not thinking of this as a business and a job to suck viewers back into the show and want to watch more. I mean, what movie in the world does not have ups and downs in it (crappy ones thats all!)? If the show was always positive and up, after a while that would get old and I love this show, but I would not want to watch. 2.) The writers are genius! Take that to the bank! If you are upset that premire passes allowed vince to pass, well think about it a celebrity came to your work today and offered you to go to the premire of their new movie, which you love, including the director? You would give them whatever they wanted, and Vince wanted to pass the road test, so there you have it. Also, just because he passed him does not make the road tester responsible for any accidents or anything that happens in his driving future (maybe it does not that it was on Leno?) 3.) As for Andrew signing a show that is now canceled, well the show was taped a while ago, and maybe they will work that into the show, i.e. - Andrew is a negative at the company (drinking) and he will lose his clients and Ari, who is being nicer, will have to be a pain again and fire his best friend? All good twists if you ask me. 4.)People saying that their was no Gatsby footage need to wait until next sun, THE GATSBY PREMIER!!!! I am sure there will be some footage there, no? 5.) The whols Sloan thing, well Eric (realisticly) would answer his phone cause he sees Vince live everyday and he LOVES Sloan, and you know you would do anything, and I mean anything, to get with a HOOOOOTTT, Rich, faithful (thats the vibe I get) person that you are into, he thought of this as a chance to continue talking with her (keeping her wanting him, "I can not talk now" but knowing she wants to, creating future meetings/calls. 6.) This show rocks!!! As for the fact that people think E will not get his own place, he will, basically for Sloan, but that does not mean he will not visit/sleep over at Vinces alot. Drama does still have the APT, but I don't need to see that anymore, he house is so much better!! Turtle, well he is trying to create something and I am excited for what that means. Lloyd is great and I'm glad he stepped up and asked Ari for a premotion, he has made some great contacts and is dedicated to Ari (would do anything) therefore would make a perfect employee. Can't wait for Sundays!!! I live for them now! (I hate mondays, but I love them now that Entourage is back on, ha) Thoughts on my thoughts????

I agree with most of you guys that the episode set up the season very well. But I was a little let down by the lack of comic relief. Some of you have also commented on the show being about the ENTOURAGE staying together but I think it's only natural for them to mature and start moving their own directions...but the writers definitely need to continue to construct situations that keep them together for the most part. I hate to compare it to 90210 but at some point they're going to grow up.

Good to see everyone back!! Can I just say how much I liked Bab's response to Ari re his head job request. Nice to see a bit of Babs being a sick b*tch. Will Loyd learn to give back too? Will there be a Loyd revolution? Can't wait to see. Ari drinking!!! This could be BAD. Nice touch with the house. More than anything, I am really excited about what will happen next! SOOOOO much better than last year's opener. I am really excited. PS continuity is very overrated

i think the 1st show was good but what they do to make it better is show less of: Sloan, Andrew, and Lloyd. Especially sloan i mean she hasnt been part of the last couple seasons but they dedicated half the 1st show to her, and she doesnt act that great. Andrew needs to be fired, that was a mistake bringing him in, and i dont see why they have to grow lloyd as a character, let him just be loyal to ari and move on. I think overall this will be a great season.
