Eric invites Sloan to Vince's premiere, but just "as friends." Ari arranges a friend date between Mrs. Ari and Andrew's wife, but his new partner's actions threaten to foil Ari's plans. Meanwhile, Lloyd goes on a crash diet per Ari's demand. And Turtle makes his red-carpet debut with Jamie-Lynn on his arm.

This episode was just okay. But it was a setup episode, so I can deal with that. Thought a lot of the scenes ran a little long which slowed the episode down some, but it all occurs in a single day so...
Piven continually proves why he is the star of the show and has those Emmy's...I loved him drumming on Lloyd's desk bongo when forgiving him 10 pounds on the weight deal. Then after getting pissed at Andrew, he takes it back as Lloyd is stuffing a sandwich in his face...CLASSIC.
I'm also glad that Jamie is fitting in and that E is not chained to Sloan. Sloan is hot, but she is doing what a lot of women typically do - sending totally misleading signals that lead a guy to think one thing when she expects something totally different - usually on the friendship tip. Men do not stay friends with girls they want more with. That will always be true. So, I'm glad E is blowing her off. She deserves it. Time for E to enjoy the fruits of his labor. I have a feeling Sloan may be back though down the road.

E new girl aint a stalker havent u ever had a girl just like u. As much as u want to see Sloan good E gets with new girl after Sloan disses him. You cant soak over an old girlfriend and being friends dont work. Theres always the girl that got away. But dont take shit from a friend. Good for E. Delete that message and shut that door.
Ari is just pimping this season. Making Lloyd loose weight and chewing his new partner out. Another old fuck have to take a pill to keep out funny line. I see Ari whipping his ass later this season.

Really surprised there was no Martin Scorsese cameo in this episode. What, did he allow them to use his name but refused to make an appearance on the show?
Also, isn't this the third dog they've had play Arnold. Just get rid of the damn dog, he was in what 1 or 2 episodes last season and will probably only show up one more time this season at most? It was a funny joke in season 1 and Entourage is NOT known for its continuity, so just get rid of the damn thing.

Did anyone else notice this....why did the last scene focus so intently on E's headlight? I watched it 3 times and there seemed to be a black object sitting just below the headlight.....at first I thought it looked like a cell phone. I'm not too familiar with car parts, so maybe it's just part of the headlamp design, but it struck me that it could even be a tracking device.

I thought it was odd they the show jumped from the premiere party then back to the boys at home. Weren't they at the premiere to see a movie?? Maybe a scene with them heading in or out of a movie would have helped?

I disagree and if Jerry and Jamie are dating in real life then I think that relationship is transpiring onto the show. Can we get Turtle some lifts in his shoes or can Jamie wear some flats?? Turtle was one of my favorites and now he flat..........also, shave the face if you are going to loose weight IMO.

Great episode.........Love the Ari Gold and the Mrs. Story line...........very funny and seals the deal on why Ari is such a great character!!!
Who cares about Sloan and E. predictable and I think if E really wanted her he would have called her back after getting the message. I guess he's just as F'd up as she is.............the game...........
The Character of Vinny Chase was even spot on last night. Even Adrian in real life doesnt command the stage and give such great face as Vinny Chase does. Thats when you know its a great character!!
