At a charity golf tournament, Vince and Drama up the stakes with teammates Mark Wahlberg and Tom Brady. Having fielded an awkward situation with Sloan, Eric gets an unexpected job offer. After refusing to break the "guy code," Ari finds himself in the doghouse with Mrs. Ari ...and Jeffrey Tambor.

Hmmm...my post disappeared. I am glad that Entourage is getting back to its roots - a rising star and his "boys." I have no expectation that any of them will overwhelm me with fantastic acting; that role is played by Ari and Lloyd. But I like Vinnie's loyalty, and his support of the guys. The guys, on the other hand, make very little effort to stand on their own - they seem content living off Vinnie. The show could lose E and I wouldn't be unhappy; he's the least interesting character and the actor has always left me cold. I wish there were MORE strong women (Mrs. Ari, Sloan, Barbara, and ... Debbie M) -- the "guy thing" does get old.

I have to say Drama breaking the club was total comedy!!! Brady didn't even care.......E, dump Sloan and Ashley and call the perfect 10 model or the woman from the jewelry store, do it now!!

(Quote): The show sucks this season. Kevin Connelly (E) is a terrible actor. If you don't believe me, watch his great scene in the Beverly Hillbillies. But I guess they want to focus this season on him? (Unquote) Not sure I agree. The show has hit a lull, maybe; it'll get better. Keep watching, the writers will bounce back with a funny episode. Kevin Connolly terrible? I disagree! The guy is great as 'E', and maybe this episode his character just didn't display his acting skill. I think Kevin C brings a whole lot to this show, truthfully. I never knew him before the show, but he's great. -- Edited by JacksonPollockBlaster at 08/12/2009 8:19 AM PDT

Who the fuck was Ari playing golf with? Guys an asshole he fired him he should be like fuck you. You dont do shit for me to make any money. Ari's wife is on a month long period or what? Once you stop sleeping next to each other its over. Ari is seeming like a bitch this season. More than crying about losing Vince awhile back. Ari needs to man up or hes going to be less of a man than Lloyd.

Let's get an Ari rant! We need one of those right now. Let him go after the TV agent friend he hired who left his wife. Something needs to bring some life into this season. And it is getting old with Lloyd. No one would stand for that abuse, not really even fun to watch. Drama breaking Brady's golf club was awkward. Not funny Drama awkward but ridiculously over the top. Just plain bad. E and Ashley. Just bad, boring, television. The phone conversation with Sloan and sleep over conversation. Horrible. E getting a job offer from a major exec. WTF? What did E did to deserve that? Turtle. just no longer any fun. I think it is painfully clear the show is trying to mature the characters into respectable adults with stable jobs as family men. Not what I want to see.

Can we say, "premature ejaculation!" I mean Come on HBO... The show felt like a one-pump-chump! Unlike some other bloggers--and minus last weeks episode--I feel like the shows characters are growing and the content is still funny and fabulous! I don't mind that the focus has been taken a little off of Andy's character because that is the evolution of the ensemble My problem lies with production and shorting your audience. This show should be at least an hour long, but if we have to tolerate its shortcomings, It better be the most fabulously fulfilling 30 dang minutes of my Life!!! I don't care how much their dang budget is.... I pay for HBO and I deserve it!

I thought the show was to be focused on a Hollywood celebrity and his mooching friends? Not a Hollywood manager and his pedefiling ways.

I have had ENOUGH...Of Turtle NOT being affectionate- enough! (I don"t expect them to make his charactor gaga over JaimieLynn BUT...) He needs to act more like a boyfriend,,,after all, its Turtle...WITH a girlfriend. On this episode he says to her on the phone.."k, Luv you babe" NO,,,that is so guy talk for a non commital blow off. He neds to be more "real" as in touchy feely. Mr. Ellin needs to get some female advise. Mind you, I am the BIGGEST Entourage fan, NEVER missed an episode (and watched all at least 4 times each). Also, Sloan has to go. I actually like stalker Ashley for E. They are adorable together. He is progressing wonderfully. This season seems to be bringing many stars to the show. I like it. And, BTW,,,,,get Vince a girlfriend (like maybe Anne Hathaway...afterall Entourage is "real" and those two did work together). "Victory"

I was actually waiting for Turtle to play bumper cars with his golf cart like before, by slamming into Eric's cart! Maybe now that he's 30 he is too mature?

I agree 100%. Ari and Drama are the most developed characters. But that could just be because they have the most personality. Eric drives a lot of the story lines but he's not as interesting to watch recently.

it's also worth noting that I actually enjoyed Sunday's episode of True Blood more than this, and I never thought I'd say that given that TB has some of the worst acting and poor storylines of any HBO drama ever.

people who thought this was funny or a "great" Entourage episode relative to what came before it need to admit they suck at watching TV. The OTT out of character slapstick "comedy" of this episode wouldn't look out of place in two and a half men or some cr@p like that.

Yes this season has started slowly, but think about it whats really happening. All these little plot lines might not have naked girls everywhere but the characters are all developing to really have a huge ending to the season. There is going to be a trip that E and Vince take now that Ashley is out of the picture, Turtle is about to go to college, and Drama is about to screw things up for Turtle and JLS. Should be some serious fireworks at the end.
