Eric considers the management-company offer while trying to patch things up with Ashley after a Freudian slip. Ari finally gets Mrs. Ari to forgive him at home, but an appearance by Mrs. Klein tests his resolve at work. Drama tries to protect Jamie-Lynn from a disreputable network executive.

Anyone that thinks this "E centered" season is boring needs to go back and re-watch Season 1. Season 1 was all about Eric and Vince didn't even have another project until the final few episodes. People seem to forget Eric is the actual main character of the show and Kevin Connolly is the star, not Adrian Grenier.

The last couple seasons I have been defending Entourage from all that compare them to season 2. I have enjoyed, to varying degrees, seasons 1-5. But this season is just BORING! E is just not that interesting. And he is a crappy liar too who is horrible at playing the girls. At least there is some dramatic tension now halfway through the season.

I am almost positive that I read or saw somewhere that Ashley is going to call E in a later episode. I don't know what happens from there, but, according to reports, she does come back for at least a scene. Sorry, guys.

> I don't know if HBO monitors these forms or > contemplates audience feedback, Hi Stevensphere! HBO does indeed keep an eye for feedback on its shows and how its viewers react to shows and their storylines. In addition to posting your thoughts here in the forum, you can also go the Contact Us page (link at the bottom of all HBO Pages) and select your favorite show and then scroll down to the bottom to Submit and e-mail to send a message directly to HBO.

I am going to agree with the need to fire andrew and somehow I think Ashley might poke her head up if not just in E's mind. Turtle going to school is something that is going to be good for him but I dont know about how its going to help the show or us as viewers. I am a fan so I can forget my life and live in Hollywood for 23 min a week......Have a website but cant maintain it? Webmaster For Rent

I liked the episode. Or at least i think i did. I'm not sure if i'm lowering my standards after not enjoying some of the episodes this season. I liked Drama trying to protect Turtle. But in typical Drama style. He went alittle to far and may pay for it. Glad E and Ashley are done? Not that i really disliked her. As you know i'm a big Sloan fan. I think they should do an episode with Sloan and E at the beach. With lots of suntan lotion for Sloan !!!!! LOL. I like E working for Murray. I think it can open alot of doors for storylines. Not sure where they are going with the college thing for Turtle. I keep wishing Ari had canned Andrew. But I guess he is needed for future storylines??? Jaime Gertz was funny in an annoying way. As for Vince. I guess he is just sleepwalking thru this season.

Entourage has become depressing, mostly because this season is more boring than C-SPAN. I can't believe that we're already six episodes in, mainly because, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! Vince hasn't done anything. Turtle hasn't done anything (except clothes shop!). Drama hasn't done anything. The only two substantive story arcs involve Eric dating a twelve-year old boy and Ari allowing Andrew Klein to cry on his shoulder. I don't know if HBO monitors these forms or contemplates audience feedback, but if anyone from the network is reading, read this: please, if you continue with another season of this show (if anyone is still willing to watch), replace your writing staff and make this show fresh and exciting again. These frustratingly-pointless, cliche story-lines make me want to put a Smith & Wesson to my temple and pull the trigger.

To the 21 year old married guy. I'd argue with you but you got married at the age of 21. We need men on this site folks.

So far this season has been a pleasant and relaxing one. The financial stakes are no longer a constant stress and all of the big changes that are happening are necessary if not welcome. Vince is no longer the main focus for once and that is just fine with me. Naturally I wouldn't mind seeing some more interaction between the boys and Ari but hey, the point is "life changes. friends don't". This is definately what the series needed after all the uncomfortable stress of the previous season. -- Edited by impossiblemonkey at 08/19/2009 3:43 AM PDT

If Ashley doesn't go away soon, I think I will have to. That whole character is ruining the show for a lot of people. I'm not bashing the actress, because she's obviously really good at playing a person you want to strangle. The writing this season is horrific, or at least not up to Entourage's standards of previous seasons.

Great stuff all around. This is the part of the season, the midway part when storylines start hitting their peak, as Andrew and Marlo's did so awesomely. Jami Gertz killed it, bursting into Ari's office screaming where is the skank- I was in tears laughing.

I just noticed the NBA blog and I'm requesting to see Kobe guest star. I remember the episodes where they all went to the Lakers game - but I would love to see Kobe in an upcoming episode. Again, enough of Ashley, farewell. Way to go Sloan! I also loved Ari (as usual) and Mrs. Ari. Great lines. Awesome chemistry!

I was worried that Ashley and Eric were going to be an item. I was thrilled when he didn't disclose the truth to her, called her Sloan and told Ashley that he still has feelings for Sloan. I watched this episode OnDemand twice after the original night that it aired. Great job to the writers...you made me like Eric when he said, sorry to Ashley even though he hid the truth.

I still love the show and all the characters, but what happened to episodes like "one day in the valley" and "strange days"? Man I miss those shows.
