Ari's wife should open a clothing boutique and Lloyd could help her with it. That would be hilarious. Ari could have some good lines again. I use to LOVE to watch the interaction with Lloyd and Ari when he would wear clothes that were just "too much and over the top" for Ari, LOL. And YES, Lloyd being loyal to Ari, always changed the clothes; too funny! -- Edited by monochromepicgirl at 08/20/2009 2:53 AM PDT

Lloyd= Loyal. How does anyone get any work done in Holly Wood if no one can trust each other? Enter Lloyd. Best angle for him as an agent.... Loyal. Knows everything about everyone. Is not as loud as Ari, but can do the same amount of damage in a much more sifisocated manner.

Totally agree; he is Ari's biggest supporter. I think he should win 'Most outstanding Employee of the Year". He is loyal, hard-working, and compassionate about his job and his boss. He has the whole package. Love his character!

Ari is as tempermental, if not more, than any client/celeb. Forget his size and sexual orientation. Hell, everyone in LA and that business is gay! And they are more accepting than most fo the rest of America. It is a shame that an MBA is sittng taking all that abuse for 3 years. There will be another opportunity for LLoyd "connections" will help get ari out a a sling, TRUST THAT! I can not way...cause it is coming soon...It better!!!

I think the diary is a good way to add a much-needed viral dimension to the show, and allows Rex Lee to show a bit more range as an actor. Although I'm not clear on whether these segments are written by Doug Ellin and the other writers or by Rex himself improvisationally

Skyfan, you are so right, this would be the most awsome add-in to the show. To have to deal with Drama as an actor would be funny as could be....I hope the writers read your suggestion, because I'm already laughing just thinking about it.

As much as I love Ari and the rest of the gang, I have to say I absolutely love LLoyd! He is the best, and no, I am not gay! Gay's ability to bring humor into this show by way of accepting every single insult dished by Ari is inspiring and appreciative. It shows that people don't have to be so negative or cliche about terms. I hope Lloyd get's his promotion but does not loose his part as a major character on the show.

Lloyd rocks. The man has guts, integrity and the will to succeed. Armed with the foregoing characteristics, Lloyd will not fail in his quest. Ari, although he is callous, ruthless and egotistical, understands that Lloyd is a devoted employee. Of course, Lloyd must be patient and pay his dues. Ari didn't roll out of bed and become successful. He received his MBA from Harvard and JD from the University of Michigan. Lloyd has to understand that everyone pays his or her dues one way or another.

They should give Lloyd a HOT trainer to get him in shape. If its male, it could be his secret until he unveils is new body in shape. If it's female, she could help him with his "relationships" with the guy.

I think it would be appropriate and hilarious for Llloyyd to become Drama's agent. Given the crap he put Turtle through, that could be Ari's most devious hazing yet!

Lloyd is being put on the grill to roast until he is well done and ready for the next step up. But, I think the experience of screening calls for all of those clients, knowing their personalities, how to deal with them head on without losing a lot of money for the company, places him in a great position for a promotion. But, I think Ari will make it hard for him because it was made hard for Ari..from his Dad forward...Like he said, he made his own way and became his own man. It is interesting to take this segue from the other frat boy antics of the "boys" Although I luv um!
