I'm new to Entourage and am trying to figure out the characters. Ari seems like a fast talking a$$hole with a sensitive side. In 5 seasons has he ever cheated on his wife and do you think he ever would in the future?

As you'll find out later (if you keep watching the show) Ari says "I love liars, but hate cheaters" to his assistant.

In the first couple seasons Ari played it as if he was willing to and had cheated but as the seasons went on the writers included his family more and showed his as a family man.

In season 1 the Ari Char was going to be a minor part...piv stepped up and made it a hard part. The char changed into a part of the group by season 2....picv is the man!!

I watched season 1 last night and saw the scene at dinner between Ari and E. I think Ari was just putting on a show...you know...talking trash to make himself look big in front of E. I think Ari makes for a more interesting character if underneath all that fast talking bull$hit he's a faithful guy. It's what separates his true character from his characterization.

I think the show is a bit inconsistent.
In season 1, in episode 1 or 2 (i forget), when Ari and Eric go to Koi Restaurant, Ari says to Eric, "ask me who i'm fuc***** right now?"
Turns out it was some sports illustarted model to which Eric replies, "yeh, i think vince banged that first."

As Ari put it, he's "never cheated on my wife. not since she became my wife".
I don't he has any desire to and no I don't think he ever would.
One thing about Ari is that he truly loves his family and wouldn't want to do anything to jepordize that relationship.
