I'm not sure why asking about his desk is some kind of referendum on the show. It's just a cool desk. Just because people think some products in the show are cool, doesn't mean the show stinks. And personally, I like this season a lot. YMMV.
Anyway, if anyone knows, I'd still appreciate knowing who makes it. Thanks.

Entourage used to be a state of mind. Now it's just full of desks and cheesy drama. It's all filler now. I still watch and it just shows how good this show once was.

This is what happens when the writers try to make this show into a global NBC family show minus the swear words. In Season 2, nobody gave 2 shits about Ari's desk.
