Who is making the decisions around there? The stalker plot lasts only 2 episodes and ends up being a gimmick while the Ashley plot goes in circles. Who loses their ID in a couch? A wallet, maybe, but just an id? What rich person with a cleaning lady doesn't discover the id within a few weeks? What pot smoker doesn't lose a lighter in a couch and find all the other crap that's hiding in there? I understand it's fiction, but some semblance of reality is expected. Not only was that entire plot a filler but it wasn't even a credible one. Where is Ashley going?? How many times can you recycle the crazy chick arc without introducing a new set of situations to support it? I was so excited that the show was renewed for a 7th season but after this one I'm pretty much done with trusting that the writing is ever going to turn around.

Seth Rogan got the last laugh now. This show will go down as nothing.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Doug is in development on his next pilot and has left things in the hands of another writer. I just don't buy that his talent has dried up. Entourage was a great concept and the past 5 seasons have been full of great f'ing writing. I'm fortunate to have access to the Emmy consideration discs distributed by the networks and was watching season 5 EP 7 "Gotta Look Up to Get Down". A perfect example of great writing from a talented team. The other Emmy considered episodes were good too..."Playin' With Fire" and "Return to Queens Blvd". With that said, I simply can not accept that Doug has been behind the wheel this season. But whomever IS needs to seriously analyze these arcs before dropping $2 mil to commit them to tape.

I thought after the one week hiatus the show took that they were gonna come with something amazing on sept 13th...It was lacking. I need something to happen and quick. What are there only 3 episodes left? Thank God the office and curb start this week!

This whole season is filled with "fillers." This show hasn't been moving since the Finale of Season 5 and I don't expect it to change any time soon. Atleast the old episodes had fillers that made you laugh, and they expanded the characters. Remember when Drama got a hard-on during that one scene with Brooke Shields? Those type of scenes were funny, and they fit the characters so well. This season is supposed to be a "growing" season...all we've seen so far are E's girlfriends, missing underwear, guns, sex scenes with Vince, and unfunny scenes of Ari. Message to Doug Ellin: You're a garbage writer.
