Season 6... what a let down.

I started watching this show last year just as season 5 ended and was absolutely drawn after the first episode.

This show is (or, was) awesome, with all the lightheartedness about Drama and Turtle's escapades to the dealings, fights and arguments Eric, Ari, and Vince have gotten into.

This season was about independence, but am I the only one who thinks that the way they went forth with the writing of the show was downright awful?

Season 6 has not even lived up to half the bar the other seasons have. Your thoughts.

There are a lot of threads on this but the consensus seems to be that the majority of the episodes were written by Ally Musika (female). Not that there are no good female writers because there obviously are, and Ally is obviously a good writer herself or she wouldn't be writing for a HBO show. The problem is this show, no matter what others say, is a show for men the WAS written by men. Ally clearly does not know how to write for Entourage, write the guys of entourage, which is why all the characters and storylines resembled something from the Hills or Sex and the City.
