The Conchords triple their fan base after playing a local world music jam, but Mel is suspicious of the two new fans' motives.

Does anyone know the name of the bar where the "World Music Jam" scene was shot? Love the locations in this series.

Jemaine looks hot even in a woman's blouse with two shiny belts on LOL! I love Bret's face when he's talking to the squirrel figurine and Jemaine face when he is trying to tell Bret that he's going to go for it if Bret isn't going to. Also when Jemaine yells that he didn't know there was a camera in their bedroom to Murray- HILARIOUS!

YES! Ha ha, I'm just now catching up reading these and meherenow and I have many similar opinions about what's the funniest. Jemaine and that look of lust and evil smile coming slowly over his face when the girls make out.. what a riot. He cracks me up. It's all about sex for him - until he actually gets on a date (the girlfriends episode) and then he is the biggest dork in the world all of a sudden. Tearing the sleeves out of his standard blue shirt for the date - ha ha ha. How many of those blue shirts with the pockets does he own? I believe I have seen a long-sleeved and a short-sleeved version of the same shirt (not counting the no-sleeved version HA HA) Ha ha YES the Girlfriends episode - what is it Jemaine said to Lisa or Felicia - he's like "do you like interesting conversations?" he he he as if any interesting conversation has ever had that sentence in it - hey, wait a minute. . . Anyway - and that part where Jemaine borders on being creepy when that girl is jogging (still on the Girlfriends episode) and he's simply letting her know that he is not interested in having sex with her - and then he tells her her that they still can if she wants and she's like "oh can we" and then he locks in with "so you want to?" almost CREEPY - outstanding though.

Re: T-shirt....What time period does this all take place???

> Does anyone know where you can buy one od Dave's > t-shirts he let Brett borrow? (The mice and the trap) > It is freaking hilarious. Thanks in advance. I see someone commented that it was custom made but I remember these shirts from the 70's or 80's like most of the stuff they (Bret in particular) wear. You would probably have to shop at a thrift store to find most of those clothes. (During this past episode was Bret wearing the shirt he was needlepointing in an earlier episode for Sally???) This brings up an interesting question we've discussed in this house while watching. Are we even 100% sure this is taking place in 2007? Everything has such an outdated look to it sometimes I wonder if it is supposed to be in the past or if thats just their style. Murray, Mel, Dave: they all look like they stepped out of the 80s to me. (My son reminds me Bret had a bluetooth in an early episode) Thoughts / comments on this? -- "I Put A Wig on YOU"... Gina

Hey, on the topic of T-shirts... There are some cool FOTC iron on designs that you can download from allFOTC.com and the What the Folk website, (sorry if I don't have the correct links) -- Sue them, just sue them... It's my bluetooth friend.

When Dave's holding it up, you can see the iron on type plastic glare. Now the next question is, who drew that image? Probably the same person who designs Mel's fan shirts haha. Seriously, when you need to represent, design your own shirts and buy iron ons. they always come out best -- http://residentofboxfive.deviantart.com/ ^^My art site. I'm a huge fan from day 1. This probably won't be a popular sentiment but I thought ep. 10 was pushing it in terms of overt raunchiness. Not necessary in my opinion. I see too many shows go that route and lose sight of what makes them funny. My opinion. Still a big fan.

They definitely ended up having a threesome, well at least they attempted to. I have just started watching FOTC. Can't believe what I've been missing! My first episode was Bowie in space. I liked it so much I watched it all week. Has anyone noticed that Bret does most of the singing while Gemaine dances a lot. Not that there's anything wrong with it. Keep dancing. Does anyone remember the Outback commercials with Gemaine as the spokesperson?
