The Wonderful Maladys

I am an avid HBO viewer, and believe this network has developed some the most innovative groundbreaking series in the past decade. In either drama or comedy, such as former series like The Wire, The Sopranos, Sex and the City, Extras, Six Feet Under and Deadwood. As well as current series, Curb Your Enthusiasm, True Blood, In Treatment, Big Love, and Flight of the Conchords. Either drama or comedy HBO has been the epitome of heartrending drama or hilarious comedies.

Now to my point, there are rumors that the promising pilot starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, The Wonderful Maladys was not picked up by HBO. I believe it is quiet early for these rumors yet I cant stand by until HBO confirms. I seriously hope... IMPLORE you HBO executives to truly think it over. Let the pilot air and have the viewers decide if either its a keeper or dump it to the wayside.

Though i highly doubt that will be the case, like i said The Wonderful Maladys concept sound greatly promising. I was intrigued since I first read about it almost a year ago. Not only because I am a huuuuge BTVS fan as well as Sarah's. It is also because i have not seen such a well grouped cast to portray siblings, Gellar, Molly Parker and Nathan Corddry. Not to mention they are all amazingly talented and can act the hell out of a scene. The three Maladys are not alone, also cast in this WONDERFULLY PROMISING pilot is Adam Scott and Zak Orth both have wonderful comedic and dramatic skills. All in all, this show should seriously get its pilot aired WONDERFUL STORY and AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL CAST. HBO executive please let us see the pilot this winter...any one agree?
